Terrible food and service. Rude when asked about gluten free and dairy free options. Would give ZERO stars if possible

The food was actually fine, but I was so upset over the price I just paid, that I couldn’t enjoy it. $38 for two bagels with tuna and one iced tea…and that was the cash price…. Then, needing the bathroom (in November, we’re the only customers in the store) they said it’s only for staff and told me where the public bathrooms are on the other side of town…. Never again….

I’d give a negative review if I could. Horrible service and bad food quality. Don’t bother spending your money here.

Dear owners — please just get one of the digital payment processors like Square or Clover or Toast.

I see a lot of reviews here from people thinking they were overcharged (and truthfully I have wondered the same myself). If you could just show them the itemized receipt it would take away any confusion.

Also they’re super easy to set up — I’ve done it before.

$10.17 for one flagel and a small iced tea! Shocked, I asked the lady how much the bagel was -she said she didn't know. The flagel order was wrong as well. I did ask for and receive a correct one.

This place has some of the funniest reviews I've ever seen. Owner of the store raging at every bad review, throwing accusations back at customers, pretty hilarious.

Anyway, my cousin got a dozen bagels and some spreads for us to eat back at the house. Extremely average bagels, poor crust, not the right internal texture. Overall 6/10 being generous. Vegetable cream cheese was gross, but that's on my cousin, who the hell orders vegetable cream cheese?

Honestly just glad I didn't go in myself as it sounds like taking your life into your hands. But let's be honest, some of the people in westhampton probably deserve to be taken down a peg by a cashier, and definitely deserve for someone to lift a few bucks out of their wallet. If the bagels were any better you'd get a higher review for your praxis.

Second time I've gone here when it says they're open and they have been closed. Not wasting my time again.

It's fine for what it is. Not many options in the area. Only have had bagels. Line is usually long. Paying/checking out is always an issue with people just congregating for orders and making it worse. Extra dollar to scoop a bagel. Looking at 6 bucks for a bagel with cream cheese and $10 for an egg sandwich. Time to start cooking at home I guess.

Very disappointed in the two times I’ve been here. They gave my sandwhich to another customer and instead of giving me a new sandwhich they took from another order and put it on my sandwhich. Cold egg sandwhich with none of the condiments I listed added. The staff is nice but just really disappointed with how they conduct business.

Bagels are not good when compared to New York standards. Edible but not good bagels. Service I find can be rude on and off. Seems like they are known for location within the town.

I literally paid $21 for a bagel and a drink. Who in their right mind would charge that much for an extremely mid bagel and a Snapple wtaf. Staff is rude and ugly and they’re playing Taylor swift in the deli witch makes this experience so much more dreadful. Never coming back again.

The bagels are *fine* but I truly don’t understand how an establishment that gets so much business (lines out the door always) can have a staff that’s so rude? Make it make sense

Food is very salty and they charge whatever price. They don’t post the price of food online and when you pay it’s twice the price other places have. Can you imagine paying 20 dollars for grill cheese sandwich with fries. Fries were soaked in oil and sandwich was so salty. Not even complaining about wait time.

Am a Westhampton local and this is the THIRD time the woman at the counter deliberately overcharged me and other customers. She charged me twice for the same (most expensive) sandwich, and kept adding “plus $2”, “plus $5” for who knows what.

Didn’t want to make a scene but sadly I can never return here to unethical practices by the owners.

If you have to go — watch like a HAWK the register as they add up your bill.

One butter bagels, one cream cheese bagel, turkey cold cut sandwich (12.95) and a tuna bagel ($13.95) was $55! How the hell they can justify that is crazy.

This place sucks! Bagels are decent at best and the staff are very rude. I asked for a cream cheese bagel and they gave it to me basically plain! I will not be coming back here

Deli was slow and took forever, kids working here were very slow, they didn’t do anything. Waited over 20 mins. Younger kids working here walking back and fourth and acting like they aren’t even at work

This is not an original Goldberg bagel store. Private owner. They do not except the original Goldbergs bagel coupon. Was treated rudely by owner when time to pay. He was going to take my order back but we paid with cash.

If you want value - do NOT go here for sandwiches. Average ingredients completely over priced.

I just walked out of this place. The staff, rude and ignoring me, it was my first time there and I should have walked out. Toasted bagel with butter and a half dozen. Handed to me altogether in one bag, great - no problem. I pull over a little further down the parking lot and open the toasted buttered bagel. It is swimming in butter, so much that you can see the still solid butter on it. Coming from the City, Suffolk has yet to give me a good bagel - but this place was so bad I actually threw the whole bag out and wrote a review. Please treat a customer with some respect and make them feel welcomed. I see now what you are famous for.
