This is the second time I have ordered, and the last. The first time I arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes late.very bad indeed.the second time, the assistant only said that it was on its way but it never arrived.

Let me start by first saying this is my first and last time ordering from this Resturant! My co-workers and I usually order from the area there isn’t much to choose from that deliver in this area of the Bronx. Anywho, we called around 11: 20 placed 3 orders and we were assured we would have our food in 40 mins (more than enough time to come 3 blocks up and 2 blocks over) @12: 30 we called asking about the food, they had my coworker on hold “waiting for a manager” for 10mins … no one ever came back to the phone. At 12: 56pm someone comes downstairs and says the food is here (almost 2 hrs later). By this time we had made other arrangements as we only have an hour lunch …we asked if as a decent gesture of the food was free he stated it wasn’t that it needed to be paid we respectfully declined as we already had gotten food from somewhere else within this time stretch. What was truly disappointing was receiving a call back about why we didn’t want the food as though the choice was ours after almost 2 hours. The service was so terrible I was unable to even get an opportunity to taste the food to give a review on that. If you respect your time and money then this place isn’t the place for you. If you value good customer service and speedy delivery, again this isn’t the place for you. PLEASE DONT EAT HERE!

Me and my coworkers called and placed an order at exactly 11: 21 scheduled for 12 & we informed them that this was for 4 customers who were also waiting for their food. That was more than enough time to prepare 4 meals (one not even being a full meal). After calling to atleast get communicated with about the tracking of the delivery I was being told it was on the way a total of 4 times within every 10 minutes of me calling. I called for the third time after being told it was on the way & the lady told me she was going to transfer me to the manager when even then I was placed on hold for 12 minutes when at that point half of our lunchtime was over. We made sure to inform them our lunch is at 12. After all of our co workers had to settle for the nearest food place and they call us at 12: 56 letting us know the food is here after still being on hold waiting for the manager. Do NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!

Best Chinese in the area. I’ve tried others that have good reviews and they ended up being really bad. I’m glad I tried this place.the food taste fresh, not too oily/greasy and not too salty.good portions too.give it a try.

Prices are fair with lunch specials being offered in larger quantities compared to other Chinese take-outs like Mei Mei.

Quality of food cooked is good.
