My journey with Goldgrub Law has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first conversation with Matt, I was thoroughly educated on the entire process of purchasing my first property. However, during the final walk-through, I encountered HVAC issues on a Saturday. Matt was on standby, and I quickly reported the problems to him. Without delay, he forwarded the issues to the seller's attorney. On the closing day, when the HVAC issue remained unresolved, Matt skillfully negotiated an agreement with the seller for the necessary repairs.

Post-closing, challenges arose as the seller was uncooperative regarding the HVAC repair. Matt and I tirelessly fought for over a month. Matt's responsiveness was truly remarkable; even on weekends, he promptly answered my emails. It felt like he was available 24/7, becoming more like family (although I don't recommend bothering him at all hours!).

After hundreds of emails and Matt's unwavering support, we emerged victorious, and the seller covered the repair costs. The process was tough and exhausting, but Matt's dedication never wavered. He stood by my side even after closing.
