Gold's Gym, Middletown NY

First time at Golds Gym Middletown and let me tell you, I have no idea why I waited so long. It’s spacious, it’s clean, it’s inviting, it’s new and upgraded with a lot of great equipment. It’s a very inviting friendly space. I will be making an appearance there more often!

Man I'm here literally six days a week lol love this place just wish there were a few more machines for the high times/peak people are good gym itself is good,

I just wish this location had a pool it would have gotten five but unfortunately there is no pool so I have to give it four stars. The environment is great and now they have a posing room.
Management is great, front desk is awesome and I've signed my son up for the gym and speed school. So many great pluses for this gym. The only con for me is not enough duplicate machines.

A personal training client of mine had informed me that if I were to explore this Gold's location, it's significantly larger than my main Gold's location (this isn't to disparage that particular location). I found it by chance last month and that client sure wasn't kidding.

But what impressed me more than anything was that, unless most commercial gyms of nay brand name, this particular Gold's has all kinds of equipment to cater to all goals both mainstream as all as niche, including multiple power rack/deadlift platform combos, and specialty bars such as the duffalo bar an Elite FTS Yoke Bar.

That Yoke Bar was the primary reason I chose to return and get a guest pass just yesterday afternoon. I also was impressed the their benches varies from traditional narrow benches to those with a bit more width, which make it easier to set your shoulders up when performing dumbbell bench presses, as I also did yesterday.

Needless to say I will be back.

I had to cancel my membership because I moved. I ran into an issue while trying to cancel but the mistake was on my end and the guy I spoke to (Thomas) was gracious about the situation despite my being frustrated.

My friends and I has been looking for a suitable location for our weekend volleyball game. Gold’s Gym at Roger’s Ranch is the answer, excellent facility offer varieties of exercise tool and Volleyball/Basketball field is great. We have been enjoying the service and the shining floor for the past three weekends. Come and enjoy your exercise.

I’ve been a member for several months and I had to come on and leave a review about how awesome this gym is. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, it is constantly being cleaned and mopped around the equipment, bathrooms are always spotless, and if something is mentioned to the staff it is promptly taken care of. I’ve been a member with other gyms before but this place surpasses them all by far. Thank you to the Gold’s Middletown Team for being outstanding every day all day!

Great gym. Beats the he'll out of planet fitness if you want a real workout. The equipment is great but a lot of it needs maintenance.

I normally don't do reviews but I felt the need to do do because I love this gym so much! The staff there are exceptional. Even when they are busy they try their best to help you. They are so welcoming and they always have a smile on their faces. So when I went to their sister location in Newburgh I was so shocked. It was the complete opposite experience. I wasn't welcomed and when I asked a question to the staff member at the front desk It felt like I was an inconvenience and disturbing the person. Middletown Gold's gym is the best! If you're like me and hold customer service as a number 1 gold standard just save yourself the trouble and only go to the Middletown location

I decided to look into Gold’s Gym once I heard about their on-site daycare. Mallory and Nicoletta were the daycare representatives I met with, I was immediately comforted by their positive attitudes towards myself and the children. They have a huge room with lots of toys and my 2 children, 3 years boy and 18 month girl were drawn right into the setting. I enrolled immediately with Monica a front desk representative who was a absolute delight. Decided to tour the facility and found it to have everything I needed especially the grass mat for my insanity workout. Felt extremely comfortable working out. The men’s locker rooms were on point and they even had rain SHOWERS, plus a sauna. It was a 5 Star Experience from start to finish and I’m excited to be a Gold’s Gym Member.

Fabulous community of trainers, very clean, awesome classes, located in mall so you can kill two birds with one stone, lots of equipment. I love this gym!

I love going to this gym, but am overall upset with what happened with today's daycare staff. Its my child's 4th time coming to this daycare and she is always crying because she's not used to being at a daycare at all or babysat with anyone in general (She is a covid baby). They call me in every 15 min to calm her down, which I do not mind at all. But it doesn't leave me much of a workout. I always workout with my friend who also happens to be a mother, and today when we went to pick up our children, one of the daycare staff members tells my friend that she should come without me!?
Once my friend told me this, I honestly flipped out! And told both the manager and daycare worker that, that comment was completely uncalled for, rude, and disrespectful!

I highly recommend Gold's Gym from the variety of classes and friendliness of staff to the cleanliness of the facility. I prefer personal training and whatever my goals are they have been there for me every step of the way. Alex and Andre are great trainers!

One of the best gyms in orange county. Cam always expect a great clean and friendly space as well as a great workout.

Best gym I have ever been a member to. The people who work there in the morning always keep the gym and equipment clean.
