Schedule my Jeep Cherokee Limited for an oil change & tire rotation. I was in and out within an hour. They have a very comfortable waiting area and all the people that I dealt with that day were friendly and professional.

I went in and got dealt with straight away. The salesman didn’t waist anytime. It was great service on their part. I told them what I liked and what I wanted and Quentin went with me to see the vehicles and I saw one I liked. We went inside did the paper work and got the deal done. His coworkers and mangers that worked with him did great together. It was nice to see people working together. I appreciate their time.

My experience at Goldstein with Sam Pacelli was quick and productive. It was the quickest process I ever had purchasing a car. Everything was efficient, and Sam was extremely accommodating. I will most certainly be back to Goldstein for future purchases and vehicle services.

I was looking at my truck for a few days on the website. One day I decided to finally press the value my car for trade in button. I put the info in and I was expecting a number to show up. If it wasn’t for Damon calling me, I would still be driving my old vehicle. Damon and Quentin did a great job providing the info I was requesting. Quentin made the whole process seamless. Everything was ready for me as soon as I arrived. I was in and out quickly.

I was extremely happy with my purchase until it had to go in for service for warranty work and was told I could not get a loaner vehicle while it was there and they told me they don't know when they would get to my vehicle to look at it.

Cannot say enough about my buying experience with Goldstein Chrysler! My salesman Jose Benitez and my finance manager Mark Taylor were both a pleasure to work with! It was an added bonus that both of them are auto enthusiasts like myself and have a passion for what they do! Highly recommend Goldstein to purchase your next vehicle!

I had brought my car in for an alignment and a oil change and given specific instructions on making sure that the psi in the tires are correct. I also informed the service department that I think I may have to much pressure and was informed that they would check it and correct it if needed.what I don't understand is that I know I had 36 psi in all for tires and I was told that the correct psi was 32 for the grand Cherokee jeep 2012.
The next morning before driving the car I had double check my psi in all 4 tires and notice that the tire psi had not changed which tells me that they were never checked. At this time I'm starting to wonder if anything was performed on my car after paying 235.00 later. I would just expect more out of a reliable dealership.

I ordered tires 2 weeks ago, I was told they’d be in in 24 hours. I scheduled my initial appointment for the next week to make sure they came in and I had a day off. I had to reschedule for another week out. When I dropped my car off, they “couldn’t find” the tires I initially ordered and gave me more expensive tires. Then, they couldn’t show me proof that my break pads were bad and wanted to charge me an extra $650 plus tax and when I denied, they scraped my expectation sticker. Then I was given a $100 coupon for the trouble but it was the same $100 coupon on the website that I was going to use regardless. I will never return here for service.

If there were zero or no stars I would chose that over 1-star. Absolutely pathetic service. They had my Jeep for more than four days and kept giving false impression that they ordered the part, but in reality they lied to me and repeatedly made false promises to avoid fixing a warranty related issue. The other dealers confirmed that the part was readily available and easy to order, but yet the Goldstein lied that they had difficulty getting it from the warehouse.

Starting from Service rep to the parts manager and the operations director, they all are liars with no ethics and have no consideration for true customer service. The parts manager was also rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help.

Even now they don't agree to their mistakes. Repeated lies. I never used any profanity or bad language. All I said to the Parts Manager and Operations Director was that I will share my experience on reviews which the Director considered as threatening and responded saying that if I leave a bad review then he will not honor a service on my Jeep. I guess all they want to see is people posting ONLY good reviews for them.

Google created this platform so people can post their experiences (good or bad). This also gives an opportunity for the service providers to correct those issues and provide a better experience for their future customers.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE.

Goldstein went above and beyond in helping me lease a 2022 Dodge Ram. Quentin my sales rep was very easy to deal with all my concerns and was in constant communication letting me know the status of my vehicle. Zach the Sales Manager worked along with Quentin to get me the best deal possible. Dan the Finance Manager made the final paperwork very easy to fill out. All in all Goldstein Dodge made me feel like a # 1 customer. Thanks to all of you for this great experience.

I absolutely love the entire goldstein team! Adam, Dereck, Kevin, Dan, and Stephen are some of the nicest people ever and as well as the rest of the crew! Those were the ones that i dealt with but every person there greeted me with a smile and treated me like a person rather than just someone they can get money from. Im recommending this place to everyone and i hope they stay around for a while.

Excellent customer service offered by Pat, he took the time to work with me and listened to what I was looking for, I was pleasantly surprised when I met with the Business Manager Anthony who went above an beyond to met my needs and offer just a bit more!

I can always count on my friends at Goldstein to take of me & my fellow congregants. I’m a 12 yr customer & they’re working hard for me. I have referred many customers & they keep coming back for more

Certain characteristics about Goldstein that sets them apart from other dealerships include not overcharging customers; working with everyone to resolve their concerns; sending videos of the work they’re doing on you car; accepting & applying your coupons to reduce your bill, keeping a clean facility, staff being clean, professional & approachable.

In addition to the above, Goldstein sponsors certain nonprofits including animal shelters, hunger feeding programs, educational programs… This is the type of company, one wants in their neighborhood.

I have never been disappointed with any service or purchase I have made at Goldstein and neither have any of the many friends I have referred. We all LOVE our vehicles and can't say enough good things about the ownership, the sales management, the sales staff, the service department. Their service is off the charts. I would be remise if I didn't share how much I love having my free car wash each time I visit too! Thank you all for taking such good care of us, my husband and I each have cars from you and always will.

This company is difficult to negotiate with if you are a person who likes to negotiate on price. Also, they have ads on their website that are mis-leading, ex …$500.00 coupon that has no date or timeframe of the offer and no mention specifically to certain models. The finance department claims to shop for the best interest rates but their banks were twice as much in interest, as to what I found on my own! To the average Joe, Good luck!

Paul Wade is a super good salesman he did everything in his power to make sure that the whole process went very smoothly. He spent a lot of time with me going through and explaining all of the functions of the car. Paul even took tutime to call me two days after the sale to make sure that I didn’t have any questions and if the car was doing good. Excellent customer service from Paul.

We had a great experience with Matt Grounds last weekend when we bought our new Renegade. He is very straight-forward and polite and at no time did we feel pressured to look at any vehicle we couldn’t afford. He also explained all the features and settings of our new car very thoroughly. Matt legitimately loves cars and what he does for a living. That makes such a great difference in auto sales.
