This is the best bubble tea that I’ve had. You can can really customize your drink to your liking which I think is great. The pearl bubbles are amazing. You should definitely check it out!

Incredibly RUDE service! The place was empty but he was abrupt, unknowledgeable, unhelpful and supercilious. Hmart near by has better service and better bubble tea! This place is NOT worth the visit at all.

The tea was okay, but the rude staff is enough for me to avoid this place. The place was empty when we came in and the employee at the register had an attitude while I was looking at the menu. Also, he messed up my order.

Ordered the caramel chocolate slush. No caramel and barely any chocolate flavor, tasted like i was drinking lightly flavored frozen chocolate water. Was disgusting.

Finally Gong Cha in Westchester! Great options from tons of different teas and juices to different types of add-ons (try popping jellies for a fun experience). My go to bubble place going forward!

I love Gong Cha and was very happy to learn that there is now a location in Hartsdale! Super convenient especially since it’s on the way home for me. Sometimes I do my grocery shopping at the Trader Joe’s a few doors down and the last time I went, I decided to stop by this Gong Cha for some bubble tea. It was clean and the vibes in the store were immaculate! The staff are friendly and get your drink orders out in a timely manner. I will definitely return here for a post-grocery shopping treat!

I’m so excited that this place is here. Drinks are delicious and service has been great the two times that I’ve been here since they opened!

First time ordering here lucky to get their buy one get one deal $7.77…pretty nice, decent and neat place and friendly staff.

On the other hand I didn’t like the Pearl boba? Because it’s not fully cooked in the middle I had to spit them out. I only ordered boba on my taro order the dirty brown milk tea is good.

Nothing compares to the taro from The Whale Tea cause they use fresh taro. Go Greenly has also good tasting taro it’s creamy. The ones at this Gong Cha location nothing special since it is powder and almost bland like Tous Les Jours. Just my two cents.
