Gong Cha reviews
4 The best bubble tea I’ve had in NYC. Staff is always very quick to produce orders and very friendly.
Pearl milk tea w/ 30% sugar is perfect
I don’t know if it’s because I’m black but the females that work there are very rude the guy that works there is very polite the females are horrible! I came in there one time and one of my dollars had a tiny rip in it literally tiny and she told me that she can’t accept the bill! I had to get change for a $10 bill and when I did one of those bills was slightly ripped and she gave me a very hard time. I switched the bill handed to her thought twice about if I even wanted to spend my hard earned money in that store! I then asked for my money back and proceeded to the exit!
Really good for basic boba tea. But my son ordered the craziest menu item, something like a cookies and cream slushy, and it was terrible.
Stopped off before catching the shuttle from the new Grand Central Madison station to the Airtrain because this place was a short walk from GCT. I saw another review and got the dirty brown sugar milk tea and also a passion fruit bubble tea. Both were out of this world. The staff was really nice and helped me decide and I gave them a good tip and everyone was happy. Also made my train ride that much more enjoyable!
