How a fool I was to sign over the 1k t to my credit card. Immediately my son had pain following the directions written on the instructions for the 2 plastic inserts from boxes pulled from the shelves after the sales woman told us to use. I was so tired of visiting specialists that I have in to the zero warranty zero refund policy. Will call the lawyers that have a class action nationwide lawsuit pending otherwise we were cheated.

Jill was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. My back pain has subsided since wearing the inserts. They were uncomfortable at first but now they aren't noticeable at all.

I saw the commercial late night watching tv! I decided to give it a try! Stopped in the next day, I was greeted by Theresa, who was wonderful and very knowledgeable! She took her time with me and made sure I understood everything! I was on the fence about the price. However, when it comes to my health and well being, I have to take care of me. I felt a huge difference as soon as she put in inserts in and I stood up. So I invested in my feet! I wasn’t interested in the shoes because I have a lot of shoes already!

So far so good. I see all the negative posts on line, but felt I needed to do something because the Dr. S wasn’t cutting it anymore. I did not like them at first, but for the price thought, let me do the break in routine and see what happens. 1/2 through and I notice a difference in the way I am feeling. Hoping for a long happy relationship with my “Good Feet”.

The product and staff were good but they are too expensive. Make sure you ask up front on the cost. I suggest going to a Podiatrist and seeing if Insurance will cover any arch supports needed. Would not start there.

Theresa was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been wearing the arch supports for three days now and I feel fantastic! I didn’t realize how my pain was affecting my daily life. My husband noticed that I was running around the house and I didn’t need to sit and rest! Thank you Good Feet Store.

Paying $1300 for 6 pieces of plastic.it should be a miracle fix. But when it's not? Too bad for you. The employees have no specific knowledge of what causes YOUR foot pain. Otherwise they would tell you If their product is not for you. Which, of course, they don't. They just sell you the set. No relief? Try this set. Causes MORE pain? Must be you. Here's a store credit that you can only spend on the product that doesn't help you, or shoes that don't help your specific problem. So, I ordered some anyway (I mean, I have to spend my $1000) At least I think I did? I don't know- The store won't answer my calls or emails, so I'm not sure. Terrible customer service. Inadequate knowledge. Truly disappointing.

Me and my grandparents went here and the customer service was amazing we were helped by Theresa she is a wonderful person she knew her stuff and taught me stuff today I didn’t even know I recons this store 100% if you having problems with your feet and back

The service is great, they have a lot of different options and explain very clearly what each type of orthotic is useful for. The actual orthotics are very well made, and while expensive they are very durable. If you are in need of custom orthotics I recommend checking them out!

Jen assisted me and answered all of my questions and fitted me for the appropriate orthotics. While the cost is significant the value of being able to run without knee pain is greater.

Teresa was the one that helped my grandson and my husband out absolutely a wonderful person couldn't ask for anybody better. She explained everything step-by-step she was so patient with them to make sure that they didn't need to go down to size or if everything was comfortable would recommend 100%

Expensive inserts that you can buy for less than half and just as good. His inserts cost me over $500.

Purchased the system today at my wife’s direction to stop discomfort with my feet while wearing shoes and walk-in non stop just under 2 hours a day. Have worn the relaxer for the remainder of the day. No discomfort whatsoever very happy at this point with the program
