Good Friend Chinese Restaurant, Utica NY

Food was okay, had to to air fry my sweet and sour chicken because it was soggy. Also my steak and peppers had 4 tiny pieces and the rest was peppers. Rice was good.

Ordered at least 45 mins ahead of planned dining and still waited 45 mins.for food. Terrible terrible service, wont recommend. If I were able to give no stars I would.
Add on: On top of the terrible service, they gave me the wrong order. If you think I was going back. Uh uh! Lost a customer

I would have given 0 stars if possible but it won't allow less than a 1 star rating. I called ahead and ordered at 6 pm tonight. They never gave me a time when the food would be ready. They never asked for a name or phone number. I got there within 20 minutes. I waited patiently until 630 when I went to the counter to ask if I could please check if it would be much longer. I was told just a little longer. I had to run outside quick to check on my 11 year old child in the car as I left him there with instructions to please stay in the car as I thought I would be able to run in quick. I was outside for a little over a minute. I went back inside and waited until 650. I went back up to the counter and asked again if I could please check on my food as I ordered at 6 pm. He then told me he called to say the food was ready awhile ago. I checked my phone and there were no calls from anyone within the last hour other than my call to order the food. I took the food home. When we got home it was cold and hard. We tried to reheat it and it was terrible. It was a waste of $42.79. I will never go back there again. I normally give very positive reviews and this is my first bad review on this platform.

I ordered for lick up thru door dash. I accidentally ordered "no rice" instead of "no onion" and they fried up a side of rice for me within minutes.
