Jones Carpet & Rug Cleaning did an incredible job for cleaning my sofa and carpets. Not only do my carpets look and smell great, he was professional, prompt, and quick. I am recommending this company to everyone.

He did a very thorough job. My carpets look great and he was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Good job done on our area rug. He did door-to-door pick up and delivery and was very reasonable with prices. Recommended.

I was debating about writing this post. I don't like hurting someone's earnings. On the other hand, the good reviews he had, that I haven't experienced any of them, led me using him, which was a big mistake. His personal life story that he shared also "helped " to decide. To my opinion, Priel can handle, maybe, small simple jobs. I gave him to clean a leather sofa, 2 area rugs, and a wall rug that he promised to send out to a professional specialist cleaners in brooklyn. He never showed up when scheduled, he dragged the job for days, in the middle of the job he "disappeared"and was found napping /sleeping. He said it will take 2-3 hours to dry, when it took days. And the worst of all: He said the wall rug wad delivered to Brooklyn.according to him, the rug would be back by me in a week. A few weeks passed and he started avoiding my calls and texts, we demanded the rug immediately, and found the rug in his "business "address, in a total neglect. The guy didn't seem to get what he did. To his opinion I should be happy. I "get it in a better shape than before". Couldn't believe to what I hear. I might take him to court

I asked about the solutions safety for my kids and pets on google and Priel responded immediately.
I ended up booking an appointment to clean my sofa and two rugs that had food stains from the kids and the rugs had a good amount of dog hair on it that I DIDNT EVEN NOTICE WAS THERE!
PRIEL got it ALL OUT!

Priel is great and really cares about everyone, customer or no, when i told him i found a better price for what i needed somewhere else he said thanks for letting him know and advised me on what i should expect them to be doing for the service i requested.highly recommend at least calling and asking for a quote, I likely would have used him if i had more than one room to get cleaned

Preil is a master craftsman in his work - and the results were nothing short of extraordinary. We had a deeply embedded, 6 foot red wine spill on the carpet and Priel didn't stop until every last sign of the wine was gone. It was an extremely challenging job, and I honestly didn't think it was fixable. But he did it, with extreme care and a smile. I'm extremely grateful, impressed and can't recommend them enough.
