From start to finish they were fantastic. Arranged all with insurance and car rental and finished having our Rav4 looking better than the day we bought it. They have great customer service. No reason to trust anyone else with your vehicle. Great job Goodrich!

Took our van in to Goodrich a few weeks back. Vehicle was returned in time for Christmas. They fixed the doors, replaced a broken window and cleaned it up pretty good. I highly recommend them for body repair.

They know what they have to do on your vehicle. The people that works thier ate awesome. When they say it might be 45 minutes to hour and no longer. I hit a deer and they fix my car it looks new in front.

2nd time here, once because someone ran into my parked BMW, this time had rust proofing done on my new truck. Takes awhile to get in, they are very busy. Highly recommend

I hit a deer and Goodrich took care of all of it with it’s direct repair program. The entire process was hassel free. They even detailed my car afterward. Super quick service and very kind friendly staff. If you need to get your car fixed this is the place to come. Don’t bother going anywhere else. Call Goodrich and get it done!

I had to have the bumper on my car replaced and they were super easy to work with and kept me in the loop with what was going on. I was so surprised to see that they did a complimentary detail on the car while it was in their care as well! I was so impressed with all of the staff and the work they did!

I can’t say enough about Goodrich Auto. Their employees are competent, knowledgeable and friendly. My car was towed there after an accident involving only my car. There was a lot of damage. When I picked it up, it looked new. They kept us updated throughout the repairs. I would highly recommend their service.

It was ok I guess. But I think they didn't send anything to my insurance at first because I got a letter saying I would owe the entire $8000 if I didn't get this letter back to my insurance in in a few days so I had to drive all the way back to Bath for them to sign it. They said they sent it in but I sent another copy in just to be safe because I don't HAVE EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS!

Also they told me there was still one part on my wheel that they needed to install but that I could drive without it. Ok that's understandable but it has been like what 3 or 4 months now and I guess the part still isn't there or else they forgot about it? Hopefully the part isn't essential.

At first they seemed nice and helpful, but the amount of their errors have cost us a ton of money. Took my boyfriends car in for a subframe and got it back with broken boots to the cv joints without words from them that they were broken, returned it for that and they fixed it. Then we took it back for new tires and they hit the lift and broke the sidewall of the new tire and didn't tell us so when we called back because it wasn't holding air they said it was a "manufacturer flaw" and replaced the tire for free. We didn't say anything to them about the fact we have them hitting the lift, because frankly accidents happen. But at least own up to it! Then we just had the car in there for heater tube and a few tube replacements and got the car back and a sensor wasn't attached so the car stalled out at the gas station on the way home and the electricals all freaked out, we hooked the air sensor back up and things were fine. Then we noticed the radio/gps buttons were broken and they were not prior to the visit, it looks like someone had something up against the radio and put the car in park forcefully. We just had to replace the hvac system controls and now it's looking like we will have to replace the gps/radio portion as well. When replacing the hvac system controls we noticed it's not the buttons that are broken but the frame to the system so that was a very forceful smush to everything. We also have a dash cam and noted them doing 90+ mph each test drive. In the picture you can clearly see that the frame clips are broken. Not happy.they wanted us to bring it back in, but each time we are there something else "breaks" causing us to bring it back. I'm done with it all.

I'm sure anyone living in the general area at the time remembers that terrible wind storm we had in February of this year (2023). Well, the tree in my front yard gave way that day and landed square on my car. I didn't have rental car coverage, so I was assuming my out of pocket expenses were going to be substantial. To my surprise, Goodrich provided me with a free loaner car to use while they were repairing my vehicle. It took a bit for the job to be done, but any job worth doing is worth doing right, and that can take some time. When I picked up my car, it looked better than when I bought it brand-new a year prior. I would highly recommend this establishment.
