Goodwill, Rochester NY

Can't reach by phone and website is not helpful. I have nine boxes of books in good condition. Does Goodwill accept them? Not going to haul them over just to have them rejected.

I love this place. Especially the color sales. Each week there's a different color on the sign when you walk in and items with that color tag are $1. Some of the stuff can be a little expensive similar to Walmart clarence but other than that great finds. They have a bathroom and dressing rooms.

If you have time to look for great finds and vintage you will find that this goodwill location. It's clean, beware if you have allergies, it's good, fun, shopping for great deals

Don't come to this goodwill, they're expensive and the employees are rude. I don't recommend coming to here go to the salvation army instead it's actually affordable and the employees are so kind

Great selection of items and frequently restocked. Prices have def gone up, but still affordable and you can get great finds. The mens clothes are always great as well as the appliances. Great staff and great service.

I was in midday on Saturday and they were busier than I expected. Despite that, when the line for the register got long, they had someone else jump on to the registers to help. Additionally, earlier, I saw one employee directly helping a customer in a scooter. That level of assistance is heartening to see.

Awesome location, not too big but plenty of quality variety. Seems like prices are a bit better than other stores.

They generally have a variety of items on the shelves. I will say that their prices are getting out of control. Beat up Nikes for $50? Brands should absolutely be taken into consideration while pricing however condition should as well!

Get selected of things. I just wish they had kid friendly shopping cart to put my toddler in so I can shop without a toddler running around or getting tired of standing.

Most of the time they have movies that I'm looking for. But lately they've been lacking in the movie area. Would like to see them get more. DVDs that is.
