Drop off for donations is easy and painless and non-judgmental, store is well cleaned and organized, always fun for a treasure hunt.

Good place to find second hand clothing. I think it's a little pricey for used clothes but I was able to find some nice pieces.

Nice central location, just around the corner from the A train. Great selection of clothing, home items and other items. If you are on a budget go check it out.

Convenient to drop off, it’s best to pre sort so you can drop your stuff in the right buckets.

! Beware the people outside who ask to take your bags off your hands as donations. All they do is take them to sell it on the street.

Been trying to contact this location for over a week so I can make a large donation. Someone is constantly taking the phone off the hook so all you get is a busy signal. When the phone is not off the hook, they just don’t answer. Very frustrating trying to get some help.

You need polite workers. I regret donating here. Pease post a sign saying only one donor allowed at a time. Bit frustrating to be holding a heavy box outside in 97 degree heat while workers inside ignore you.

There was an employee who came up to my daughter (17) and made her extremely uncomfortable. He was a younger tall black man and followed my daughter around the store commenting on her “mocha skin” and asking where she went to school even after she told him she was in high school. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE

Writing this irritated. Spent about ten minutes picking out some clothes and then went to the dressing room 40 minutes before closing.is it now Goodwill's policy to close the dressing rooms this long before closing? It seemed they'd probably been closed since 6. The two men blocking the dressing rooms weren't exactly rude but were far from friendly about the dressing rooms being closed. Was all a waste of time and I bought what I needed elsewhere.

Donating is very easy. I went on a Saturday morning at 11am (which is when it opens). The gate was just being opened. The gentleman who worked there helped me with my bags and gave me a receipt.

I had called the previous evening to ensure they were open on Memorial Day Weekend. The person answering the phone told me they open at 8am (which is not correct). I am glad I didn't go early.

I will NEVER go to this goodwill as long as I live. Yesterday (5/10/22 Monday 11: 00 P. M.) A tall dark skin black security guard (wearing a black ski hat) followed me around the entire store. He obviously thought I wanted to steal something. I have never stolen anything in from any one. EVER. It was very uncomfortable. I didn't feel welcome. I am a black woman. There were other ethnicities there and I don't think they were being followed. Before I left, I told the security guard thank you for following me around the store. I had been to that goodwill a week before and I was being followed by two security guards. I thought it was my imagination. I said they couldn't possibly be following me because I'm dressed decent. Obviously, there's some discrimination there. I'll continue paying full price at Target. This experience has turned me off from wanting to give away my old unwanted valuables.

Way too expensive for a non profit organization. Why would I buy a stained white AK purse from goodwill for $19.99 when I can get a new one at Marshalls or TJ for the same price. Footwears for $19.99. Very disappointing. They had Yellow tags at 40% off and everything on yellow tags were Walmart, Kohls or like brands. Why go to goodwill if so price?

Never been to more picky donation center. They said they don't take bed comforters, but website says they do. It was barely used and washed. Also, no ironing boards. Last time I donate to Goodwill.

Folks at the donation drop-off were condescending, disengaged, and made the whole experience intensely uncomfortable. I regret donating here.

This story has great stuff but there are always two registers open. So inefficient when there is a line snaking through the store

I got a really cool pinstriped suit for only 17 bucks. I was broke and needed a decent suit for a job interview and magically I found a suit in my exact size that looked amazing! (I got the job) I will most definitely go back to see what else I can find

This place is great, staff is friendly but it's becoming a designer boutique. The prices are way expensive for a goodwill.

Haven’t been there in over a decade and was surprised to see the store has changed. Nice, clean and very organized. Helpful floor staff too. Only thing that hasn’t changed is the checkout line. Still a very long wait with one or two cashiers and 5-10 people working the floor. Please get more cashiers, you have atleast 4 registers. Are the other two registers just for decorations? A couple of customers left and walked out the door because they didn’t want to wait in the long line snaking through the store. Feels like punishment and torture; “Let’s play a game… You can have all these stuff for very cheap only if you wait on the long line. ” Please change this.

Probably the most poorly managed thrift store in the entire city. They put 2 cashiers on on the weekends and they work at a snail's pace despite the line weaving through the store. People come and fill entire carts that take forever to check out and they won't at least have an express line for people getting just a few items. I am a regular at this store and can tell you it has ALWAYS been like this even pre covid so they can't blame it on that. Expect to wait in line for a solid 20 or 30 minutes if you're shopping here at a peak hour.
