Goodyear Auto Service, West Seneca NY

Drop my truck off the day before so they have it all day. Oil change, tire rotation and an alignment. Come in to get my truck the following day, has all the items listed on my invoice as completed. I have the 3 year alignment program which was purchased and you get 6 after the initial alignment.

I simply ask Chris the man that was checking me out for the alignment paper work as it was not provided. Goes in the shop and comes back out and says they didn’t do it……… he’s response is we didn’t teach them how to read? Can’t get to it today now so I’m basically out of luck. Acts as if my time is not valuable at all, no help with setting up a secondary appointment, nothing! Come to find out they didn’t rotate my tires either. All of this is listed on the bill. So it looks as if it was done and used 1 alignment out of my six. This is fraud and completely unacceptable.

Mark went above and beyond helping me. Always friendly and helpful here. Been here twice and will continue coming back

Most reputable auto repair shop I have been to. I was told by another shop i needed a power steering pump so i ask for an estimate and i agreed to the price left my car for repair. About an hour later they called and told me they recommend changing the power steering hose instead of the pump. And it would be 100.00 less. What can i say car fixed and cost me less than agreed to. Awesome and honest service.

Horrible customer service! Bill was very Rude! Spoke to me like he was doing me a favor. Had and appointment made 2 weeks before hand and still took them 4 hrs to change 4 tires. Will never walking into this shop!

Was lied to by the manager about price to fix a flat, was told it would be around 20$, He then had me sign to leave my car. Later that day was called to come pick up my car, I couldn't make it so I sent in my mother in law to grab it. They charge her 60$ and then when I call about it tell me that that's what I aggreged to and was told about. Sad when disabled people get taken advantage of. I wont be coming here again.

This place has horrible customer service! They have cross threaded my lug nuts both times I bought tires from them! And left me high and dry to replace them at my own expense!

I’ve been coming to this Goodyear for about 7 years now. Chris and bill are some great guys at the front desk who always make it easy to schedule an appointment whether it’s for a problem or general maintenance. I’ve always gotten my car back with the problem fixed and running smoothly.

My experience at Goodyear has always been a great one. Whether I’m dealing with Chris, Bill or Mark I know that I am always getting the best deal for my service. I came in yesterday for an oil change and was offered a complementary rotate and tire inspection and they were still able to have my car out in under an hour! The waiting room is nice and air conditioned and everyone including the workers in the shop is super polite. I highly recommend this Goodyear!

Do not go here they will rip you off, tell you that parts are broken when they are not. Will not honor warranties telling you its something else. Are very rude and speak down to you. Will be contacting cooperate office, this is theft!

Went to this location to get my air conditioning fixed. Bill was working the counter, he was nice and informative. The prices are cheap and the service is fast. This is the only Goodyear I will go to from now on, this store is the only place I can go to for adequate service at an affordable price. The General manager, Chris is clearly doing something right. Now my AC is fixed and I'll be cool as a cucumber all summer long.

The Orchard Park Rd. Goodyear is the best place to take your vehicle for ANY repairs. The manager, Chris T.and his crew ALWAYS are courteous and friendly and attentive to any issues with our vehicles. I have been to dealers, etc and these guys really know their stuff! They are also very responsive to your time and will let you know right up front if they can get you taken care of or if it will take a little time because they have customers ahead of you. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Terrible experience, I only called to get information and the person who answered the phone who name was mark was completely rude and arrogant. 0/10 recommend.

I took my car there because it was making a strange noise in the front. After their assessment they told me I needed 2 rear caliper replacements and a front caliper replacement. I took my car to another shop to get a second opinion. It turned out my calipers were fine. My front tires were worn out and I needed an alignment. The noise came from the off balance front tires. Goodyear quoted my almost $1500 for the caliper replacements. Charged me $65 for the assessment. At the end, I got my car fixed plus two new tires for a total of $250 at another shop. Beware of what they tell you. Get a second opinion if possible.

Had flat tire other day, with wonderful results called Chris TinHan at goodyear W seneca. In minutes Chris had tow truck pick me up & in few hours I had 4 new tires, oil change, & cabin filter Did the extras because Chris service so professional. I was very satisfied highly recommend Chris

I’ve been a customer of Goodyear for 20+ years. They are always thorough in their work and their explanation of their work. I’ve asked for work to be performed on my vehicles and they’ve had the integrity to inform me that it wasn’t necessary. Chris and his team are top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any service need to their location.

I can't say enough about this repair shop and the employees. I have been going there for years and It is always a great experience. All my friends and family in the area won't go anywhere else. Love that they have cornhole.

Had my tire fixed and turns out they said it was leaking because of my rim, so paided for that service, got back home and my tire was still leaking, so went back a few days later and said i needed a new tire, so wish they would say the tire install was free or something like that because what i paided for originally didnt work so was disappointed in that.

Got 4 new tires for a great price! Staff was super friendly! In and out in just over an hour
