Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service is a great company. I have used them for years. Today Richard showed up on time. He was very courteous and did a great job preparing my furnace for winter. I really appreciate the work well-done.

The office staff was great, but it was our technician James that made this review go from a 3 to a 5 star! He was a pro, man. From start to finish, he was polite and professional. If you need your HVAC fixed, this is who you want crawling around in your ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me all that he was about to do and gave a good description at the end of what he had done.

When my furnace failed to heat efficiently, James showed up on time and was very professional with the repairs. He showed much respect for me and my property at all times. Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service crew have always been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. They have a number of technicians that have been with them for many years which tells you what a good business they operate. I am currently recovering from surgery so the technician handled everything for me including turning off my basement lights. Greg and his staff were solid good people.

We called 3 businesses because our hot water heater was smoking. Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service wasn't the cheapest quote but we felt better with their answers and the questions they asked us to understand what was happening. Greg and John arrived when they said they would and worked hard. They cleaned up all of the mess left by the old water heater and explained the new water heater to us. Excellent service. Got the AC unit almost 3 years ago. Recently it wasn't cooling down the house anymore. They came twice to find to problem; gas leak and nothing to pay as a manufacturer defect is warranty. Today a new outdoor unit. Thanks to Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service. Highly recommended.

Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service was able to respond more quickly than some other companies. Was very thorough in teaching me what I needed to know about our system and how to maintenance it. Fixed the problem quickly. Clean and friendly. We are now set up on their very reasonable annual care plan.
