Giving me a hard time over an $18.00 refund they agreed to give me, been chasing them since early November, this is insane. NEVER GOING BACK.

Literally went to the wrong place. Was told by Avi this is the spot. Was able to be seen by him less than 10 minutes because I was able to get their less than 20. I was given a discount I think either because it was my first time in New York or his barbershop. I forgot already. He’s gifted with quickness. Take that how you will. Mill town stand up! Shalom

Just had my first cut. And I can say I finally got my new barbershop and barber. Fade was just what I was looking for. Nothing negative to say about the cut or the shop.

I had an appointment with one of the barbers in the shop at 1pm on a Thursday and the shop was closed even though Google says it's open and social media doesn't say anything about a schedule change. This is the second time this has happened and I basically pre-paid for a haircut that never happened. Trying to call and their phone doesn't even work so there's no way of contacting anyone to reschedule an appointment. This barbershop is unprofessional and I won't be coming back.

I used to get my haircut here always, these new barbers they have are not it. Particularly the Jewish guy Avi, I made an appointment for the afternoon and when I got their gate was closed with no note, no one picked up the phone or answered email. I wait a day and only point of contact was through Instagram.someone responds and says I can get a cut on the house. I call ahead of time to ask if I can come out of courtesy, the avi guy tries to reject the cut at first until someone in the background insists. I get there and he begins to cut my hair furiously fast even with scissors, doesn’t even clean me up correctly by swiping the cleaning brush on just my forehead one time. Did a horrible job and was completely unprofessional.then has the audacity to tell me for future reference.umm no sir I wasn’t the one who told you to have kids or to be a barber. Don’t be mad at me for asking for a free haircut when I took time out of my day to show up to the appointment and wait outside in the cold with other clients too btw.at least put a note saying your going to pick up your kids. I will not be coming back to this barbershop.all the good barbers are gone anyway

Hands down best barbershop out of all shops I've visited across the country.if you're lucky enough to book with avi let him do his thing.you won't be disappointed

Danny (owner) is top notch at what he does.guy cuts hair quicker than most and you still get a tight clean job everytime.highly recommend.

The owner is a stand up guy. He came in Easter morning to fix a messed up haircut my son received at a different barber and saved the day. My son loves the new cut. This is the type of business you want in your community. We will be back.

What an awesome spot! The employees are all amazing and make you feel like you they've known you their entire lives. Definitely my new go to spot for haircuts, and that is coming from someone who lives in The Bronx!

[RATING REFLECTS A SINGLE BABRBER - ERSIN]

I am here to speak about my time with the barber Ersin (notes about overall business at the end). He gave me the worst haircut I've ever gotten and I've been laughed at by friends and family for the last three weeks. The main issue with this haircut was lack of technique and skill in cutting the top, specifically the bangs.

Long story short, I originally did not trust Ersin to cut my bangs. He is a NEW barber in the shop and has only been cutting hair for a few years. After he gave an average taper fade, I asked for "half an inch" off the top. He proceeded to cut my bangs off. A full two inches of hair. There was no technique or knowledge behind it, he just cut it HORIZONTALLY. He gave me a bowl cut. I sat there in complete silence, shocked that he didn't consult other barbers in the shop for help. He literally winged it. No attempt to take this as a learning experience. No attempt to tell his client his lack of skill. No attempt to do a good job. This was so bad that as he finished the haircut, I debated getting a buzz cut while the other barbers were smirking at me. (But I backed out because I didn't trust him with this either)

My biggest problem with this, he explicitly said at the beginning of the haircut "I cut Asian hair all the time, don't worry about it. " He was lying.

If you have any hair on your head, DO NOT GO TO ERSIN (especially if you're Asian).

Ersin needs to go back to barber school to learn how to cut hair on top, bangs, and improve his communication between his client and team. No hate to you Ersin, but you have a lot of improvement to make even as an amateur barber. Even if I was your friend, I'd never get a haircut from you again.

I came here because my friend recommended it. Watching the other barbers I could tell they were 100% more skilled than Ersin. The business has a really cool vibe and other barbers know what they are doing. I'd give the business and its owner 5/5 stars.

Great barbershop, Danny is the best been coming here for years. Now I bring my kids here they love the Batman decor. Great cut great prices highly recommend

The Oh Twins always are on time and attentive. Skillful and nice personalities. Highly recommend.
