I was thoroughly impressed with my experience from start to finish. My tan looked natural, even, and didn’t stain my clothes. The studio was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place.

While in town for a special event, I came here for a spray tan and was excited the owner was the one doing it. I followed all of the usual steps before/after. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst spray tan I've ever seen. It was streaky, the color was orange and it came out uneven. I expressed this the next day to the owner with photos and was impressed with their quick reply and refund! I applaud their professionalism and am grateful the owner was understanding. Given their time in the business, I doubt it's the fault of the application and perhaps it was a bad formula batch.

Love Tamar and her tans are top of the line. I had been a regular customer at Gotham Glow about 10 years ago and always liked the tan and professionalism they showed upon booking and keeping my appointments. It was always fun to see the owner, Tamar, who always made me laugh. I moved out of NYC so I had to get tans elsewhere. That was when I really started to appreciate Gotham Glow! I couldn’t get that perfect tan no matter where I tried. (I live in New England). I recently took a trip to NYC and booked a GG tan. It’s still the best! I had the tone and even color that I wanted and I was lucky to get Tamar as my tanner because it put me in such a good mood for my trip. You really need to open a salon up here in CT… we are hopelessly pasty and preppy and need your talent. I’ll have to get to NY more often.

While I do not live in NYC, if I did I would be a regular! The professionalism, efficiency and communication was top notch. I was able to schedule a mobile airbrush service with a few days notice on a recent trip for a wedding. Tamar came to my hotel, popped up her tent and within 15 minutes I looked like I had been on a tropical island for a week. She was super friendly, sweet and made sure my tan was perfect and I had all the appropriate instructions. I am now back home a full week later and I still have a nice tan!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Disgusting and rude customer service. Completely over priced for service. Please save your time and money. Go to sugar & bronzed for a better experience, friendly and hospitable.

I loved this place! It was such a great treat to myself to get a spray tan, I can totally see how people might get hooked. I am already a little dark being Spanish but I told them to take it to the next level and boy did they deliver. It looked like I just got back from a week in the Bahamas. I looked flawless! Treat yourself to a tan here, you will keep going back:) for more.

One thing I noticed was that the place was very well kept clean. And the machines are very nice and new. I love things like this since it makes me feel comfortable about their service. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

I am a long time spray tanner. I have freckles and Casper level skin color. I got married in four months, was referred to Gotham glow and booked the latest appointment in the first week of October before my wedding. I arrived (late, due to Covid street closures). The owner was PHENOMENAL. Not mad or frustrated, so professional, helpful, AND spoke to me for about 30 min after my appointment about life. I am screaming your praises. Worth every penny, i was made into an elevated version of myself for my wedding day at the suggestion of the owner, I didn’t go darker. I will be back!

Hands down the best spray tan I've ever gotten. Mandy was my technician and she was fabulous. No streaking, perfectly bronzed (even on hands and feet!) I can't wait to go back. It's a wonderful pick me up for these cold winter months in NYC.
