Gotham steel supply is the best place to shop for all your construction needs! Prices are lower than any suppliers around. The people who work at Gotham are professional and courteous. I would never shop anywhere else.

IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS THEY ARE FOR A DIFFERENT BUSINESS.now onto Gotham steel suppliers. They are a one stop shop for all your iron work needs may it be structural or ornamental They will be able to accommodate you. In regards to a long wait this is a common issue at all suppliers in the the trip boro area that I have been to. Space is tight here and things take a bit a longer so be patient or arrive in the afternoon. I have found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating of my needs. Maybe the people saying the staff are rude are not familiar with purchasing steel and are at the counter asking to see product before purchasing when thats not the way it works. This place is for the trades not layman Go to home Depot if you want 4 ft of angle iron.
Why are people posting about Cooking Pans. This is a steel supply, and the best one in NyC.
If I could give them zero stars I would.the product might be good, but their customer service is horrific. I ordered the bogo one 4/22/20, status kept saying out of stock. I could never get anyone on the phone, except for the order lin. They informed they could not help me, and I was hung up on, this happened more than onc. After sitting on hold day after day all the way to work and home, 20 minutes each way with no answer, someone finally today picked up after 32 minute. I said I wanted to cancel my order, the woman was extremely rude, and when I asked her name I got hung up on yet again. There is no way for me to speak to anyone who cares, so be warned IF you do order and need someone, you would be out of luck.
