The three girls working today (7/17 6-7pm) were soooo beyond helpful and had amazing personalities. So grateful for their help.

This is nothing about the staff at all. The girls working here are so sweet and helpful! No complaints about customer service. However, i purchased a black jumper in my correct size and when i went home it tore at the seam when i bent over to tie my shoe. I figured it was a defective piece so i brought it back a day later to exchange it. I was told that the upper management would not allow an exchange because the tear happened while i was at home. This makes zero sense to me considering it tore at the seam meaning it was sown improperly or was made cheaply, and also because i had never even worn it out of the house. The piece was $50 and i expected much more quality at that price. At the very least i expected some sort of exchange to be possible but instead i have a ruined garment that i wasted $50 on. Clothes are made cheap and management does not accept returns or exchanges. I would never shop here again. There are many similar shops in the area with better clothes and better policies.

Not against the staff but the owners/ buyers. It’s so bizarre how size exclusive they are. They don’t have any XL on their online shop so I don’t think they carry it at all. I’d normally be a large but I’m 5’10 so I size up. D Cup as well. I’ve purchased several times but everything is so short. I’m over it. And instore even large is impossible to find. Seems extremely backwards. Abercrombie and Hollister vibes. Bad business move also. Should get with the times
