8Absolutely terrible. Walking inside the store & having to deal with a sales associate who was extremely condescending & unpleasant made my visit to grainger very disappointing.
Unfortunately the in-store staff are not very knowledgeable about the hardware that they are selling. It might be do to the fact that they have a very large variety. Never the less, they are polite.

Fraud alert. Friedrich WCT10A30A is only cool and fan. It contains none of the advertised features. No wifi, no clock, no timer. The technical specifications are all false.
