Staff there is absolutely polite and helpful. We couldn't find a match to the 1948 bathroom vent motor but they went above and beyond to find one that would work with the unit.

Doing soooooo well with the covid 19 restrictions. This one gentleman was outside in the rain taking care of people. He knew the inventory numbers right off the top of his head, he got me my co. Discount and everything while maintaining social distancing. The most impressive part was that he didn't seem put-out by all the extra work and was very professional. Kudos!
WOW. I walked in hoping to find a piece of specialized electrical cord. I was met by a very friendly staff and two of them came over to help narrow down the options. Now the stereotype of a female knowing about industrial supplies is a myth. They were very knowledgeable (better than a electrical warehouse). To make sure the part I was seeking was correct, they called their own tech line. Very polite, the price was excellent and they had it in stock. I was very pleased and I will be returning should the need arise.
