Grainger Industrial Supply, Queens NY

I was on the phone with customer service for half an hour hoping to get a response from this branch to stay open for 3 extra minutes to get a part I ordered.needless to say I showed up at 4 PM they're closing time and I had the door slammed in my face. I had sent the request to stay open more than 30 minutes before closing. I am now stuck and out of money due to this business blatant lack of care for the customer. ALSO WHAT CHAIN OF STORES DOES NOT HAVE A NUMBER TO CALL A BRANCH WITH. I'm sitting on the phone with a corporate call center that's able to do almost nothing with the actual store itself. NOT EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN GET IN CONTACT WITH THE STORE. This stores horrific treatment to me has made me never want to come here again. I would not care if the product is cheaper or even better than its competitors they have lost me forever because of this.

Extremely professional and efficient with great COVID-19 safety practices. I had to wait a bit to enter, but I was able to wait in my car.

But I have no respect for companies that don’t respect their customers. Like I said, I’m done here.

We ordered a walkie stacker for moving. Waited for 5 days to pick up. Customer service told us it is available to pickup after 2pm on Friday but no-one told us they close at 3pm. It is odd to close it this time, we should be warned by them. Obviously we are not shopping from grainger everyday. Tomorrow is Saturday, moving day we don’t know how to do it now.

How can you hire employees at grainger industrial supply who has ABSOLUTELY NO TYPE of customer skills you walk in and say good morning they walk away then when it becomes OBVIOUS you return with an ATTITUDE as if I'm begging you something. I'm here to spend my money, so guess what GRAINGER you just lost and entire chain of customers, have a nice day.

About 2 or 3 years ago I gave these guys 1 star today I give them 3 because they changed some things around and now they are a bit more efficient

This store is great, very helpful and they had exactly what I wanted. Nobody had the security screw driver bits I needed that other home d store is horrible no help at all. But Graingers staff was great.
