Needed my dress steamed for an event today and Mariam was very helpful and she said it’ll be done in less than an hour 10/10, great experience!

My go-to cleaners for dry cleaning, eco-friendly washing and alterations! They are always so kind and helpful.

I walked in and asked if they could fix my all-time favorite leather jacket's zipper w had been broken for years. The tailor took the task write away and worked her magic - 5 minutes later I am no longer cold and my favorite jacket works again - kind people and fair prices! Win!

I had a last minute rush request and they were able to help me get it ready, and did so with a very friendly attitude. Great service, definitely coming back

Everything came back cleaned and folded perfectly and the free neighborhood pickup was awesome! A little pricier than the other wash and folds in the neighborhood but the quality of service made it worth it!

My go-to dry cleaning in the neighborhood. They are fairly priced and so a great job every time. I tailored fairly hard garments (corsets, designer clothes) here and the job was done fast and well. Always appreciate their nice attitude and attention to customers!

They are the absolute best dry cleaners I have ever used in all of NYC! Everyone there is so friendly and beyond sweet, on top of being the very best quality and results wise! I go there for all alterations, dry cleaning, pressing and delivery. I would HIGHLY recommend going there for all your dry cleaning and tailoring needs! They are the very best and you won’t be disappointed!

I'm a 29 year old male PhD who travels quite a bit for conferences and work.

Tldr: cheap, quick, good service, and easy.

I try to save money and time when it comes to dry cleaning, so it's nice that this place is cheaper then most places in NYC. In addition, there was a quick turn around.

I do have a very nice dark blue suit (Z Zegna - $1000+) that I try to take care of every year. The suit was cleaned without issues and returned in a timely manner (same day or a 1-3 depending on traffic). In addition I had some dirty white stains as seen on the photos that were entirely removed.

Recently moved into the area and needed to find a good dry cleaners for laundry pick up / delivery and came across Gramercy Cleaners. They are under new management and are now an eco friendly / green cleaners which was great to hear!

I ended up stopping by because I needed to hem two dress pants for a work trip and they were able to hand it back within 24 hours right before I got on my flight! The store has a changing room so I was able to tell the tailor, Tim exactly where I wanted my pants cut. He was very friendly and the process was very quick. I paid $20 per pants to get them hemmed and I would highly recommend them if you need a tailor for alterations!

Was looking to get my curtains trimmed to fit my window and decided to drop by after seeing the good reviews talking about new management. The tailor did a great job. Plus got it for a good price, now my curtains won’t light on fire from my radiator

Have been getting my shirts dry cleaned at Gramercy Cleaners for the past few months and they are BY FAR the best dry cleaners I’ve ever gone to! They do amazing work and they also have an in-house tailor who is just the best and it’s so easy to get new jeans and pants hemmed. Definitely recommend using them! 10/10 service.

I always come to Gramercy Cleaners for all my dry cleaning needs on the clothes that matter to me the most. My white blazer had some stains on it and I was worried they would not come out but their team was able to take care of it for me and it looks brand new! They have great prices, work quickly, and will evaluate and work on the item with love and care and transparency. As a FYI they’re under new management and I always have a great experience with Miriam at the front desk!
