Had a Colonoscopy today with Dr. Lawrence Ottaviano. I was taken promptly and dealt with in a caring, professional manner. Def my place for further followup. Even if I absolutely hate the day before prep. But that’s not the Doc’s fault. This ain’t a Star Trek era.

I can’t suggest strongly enough that you do not have a procedure here. After you have been fasting for over 30 hours and unable to drink water for the past 12 hours, the LAST thing you want is to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours, but that’s where we are.

The medical “professionals” who run this place are choosing to schedule many procedures for an extra buck while knowing that you will ultimately wait in those chairs hungry and dehydrated.

Totally unorganized you arrive for procedure only to have to wait more than 2 and a half hours for any service to even start. GO SOMEWHERE Else

Very dissatisfied with this clinic on Bennet Ave. The whole place looked like a 3rd world country clinic. Waited for 3 months for an Endoscopy. When I got there, there were already 18 people waiting for procedures, some of them have been there since 10am and it was already 1: 30 pm and had not been seen yet. A poor old lady told me she had not eaten in 2 days and was waiting for a Colonoscopy. She was still wainting to bee seeing after 4 hrs. At around 1: 45 she said she had enough and left the place without her procedure.
After 1hr of waiting and observing the other patients I decided that this is not the type of procedure that should be done in a place like this. I was really worry that something bad was going to happen to me if I follow through with my Endoscopy. I hope they organize this place better and clean it up

Horrendous experience. After fasting (food and water), I showed up at 9: 30 for my 10am appointment. Was put in a plastic chair in a corner, told to change into a hospital gown, and waited in their freezing hallway for 4 HOURS before they finally came to get me. I was parched and my head was hurting from the flourescent lights. Then they left me on the bed for another 30 minutes alone in the hallway before actually wheeling me in for my procedure. They discovered ulcers, but neglected to inform me of them before I left. I found out 2 weeks later from my doctor. DO NOT GO!

The worst clinic I have been to. The staff is very rude and the wait is for hours. I was there for 7 hours till u get my procedure.

Been here for 3 hours. Appointment was at 8: 15. People with appointments later than mine have been seen. The person who was set to pick me up can no longer do it because I have been here for THREE HOURS.

My experience was the complete opposite of side the reviews here. Great friendly staff. Everything was on time. Thank you dr. Straka and the rest of the team.

Extremely unorganized place. First time had to wait for over 4 hours and patients had no place where to sit in the waiting area. Employee's especially fd, were extremely short with their answers towards patients and someone who seemed like the head nurse was extremely loud and you can sense her vibe that she was in panic mode during my entire time there. Seems like a factory and you are not treated like you should. Second time we came, we still had to provide all the information again, health insurance card, vaccination card and ID, primary doctor info, to be handed to them when it should have been on their file once patience are treated once and they confirm no changes are made since last visits. Extremely inconvenient on so many levels since they should have one person assigned to input patients information only to avoid lanes for their following visits. They overbook their day with appointments and they are not able to give the proper service as they should. Management/ ownership need to invest a little more on quality versus quantity and and increase the patience satisfaction while getting a procedure that patience might not really look forward too.

I’m writing this review while waiting for my procedure. My appointment was at 9: 30, they told me to arrive 15 minutes early only to wait 4 hours so far with no mention of when I will go in. They must know that they are behind, it would only be a courtesy to call a patient ahead of time to let the patient know that they are running late. There is no excuse to ask a patient to prepare for a procedure, ask them to come early for an appointment and have them wait in an hospital gown for four hours.

When I see my doctor I’m going to tell him that he needs to find another place to do these procedures or I will have to go somewhere else.

We arrived 25 minutes early just for the procedure to start 2 hours later. Obvious money grab by the referring doctor. If your doctor recommends this place then tell them “no”, get a referral from them and then go to a better place.

I went for a colonoscopy, I was kind of, but it was great. Office nice and clean, staff was welcoming, I was really relaxed. Love my dr. If he needs to see me once a month, I'll go.thank you guys.

Excellent experience. Was concerned after reading the reviews but I was in and out quickly. Everyone was very nice and efficient. Very good experience.
