NOT RECOMENDED! They will cancel your appointment the day of, they wont call you to let you know. There has been times ill get to my appointment to receive a sticky note saying that I wont be seen that day, they don't answer the phone its been 4 weeks since I have been to pt I've been calling back to back /4 weeks since I got my MRI no one called me to f/u after THEY CANCELED me I have yet to receive results and now they are referring me to another Dr.because apparently now the Dr.that I was seeing changed his hrs this place is a joke save your time and look else where. The front desk not helpful at all they will have an attitude because you have an attitude because they messed your appointment that you told them to book 2 weeks prior to but didn't then when you ask there's all of a sudden to appointments left and they wont accommodate you for the mistake they made they are real nonchalant they don't care that your in pain.

Have had a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Easy to make appointments and great service! Highly recommend!

Grand Central Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation has a team approach for your complete care. The first time I walked into their office on Madison Avenue, the front desk staff greeted me and made me feel very welcomed. Anytime I need to see a therapist for whatever reason Celina is always accommodating. Dr. Gibbs is a pain management doctor who is a very attentive and empathetic. The therapists are led by Anne and Alicia, they are very competent medical professionals. No matter how much pain you are experiencing, their goal is to alleviate if not eliminate your pain. You'll receive many helpful tips from the therapists which you could use while at home to stay well. They also have a great Acupuncturist, Rita who is very attentive and provides excellent care. You'll receive a guided workout on the bike or at the bench with the weights. Whatever brings you to their office, you will not be disappointed.

I love this clinic. Ann and Selina are amazing. They make coming to physical therapy a joy. Very helpful and thoughtful. I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks for the 5 star treatment.

I get seen by a wonderful rehabilitation therapist by the name of Anne. She is GREAT. She always knows where to target in on the sore spots that need healing and although rehab can be tough at times she walks you through it withl breathing in and out and makes sure you have knowledge of what is happening and going to happen from beginning to end.

She thoroughly discusses what knowledge she has and what she recommends to do at home. I am blessed to have ended up going through this practice and having met her.

I absolutely love Grand Central Physical Rehabilitation! They are so friendly and they honestly care about every patient. I highly recommend everyone to get their physical therapy treatments there.

Compared to a lot of other places I went to seek treatment at for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident, this place really takes care of you. Just tell them your problems and they’ll take care of you. Conveniently located in Manhattan too, which is a bonus for me, since I work in the city! I think I would recommend, but don’t spread the word too far - I don’t want it to become the hotspot for PT either. Lol!

I went to see Dr. Gibbs for Emsculpt and Kybella and couldn't be more pleased. My results are amazing. The office is modern and nice. Dr. Gibbs is professional, caring and takes his time with you so that you feel comfortable. The staff was pleasant as well.

I met Dr. William Gibbs at a photoshoot in New York City and he shared his many secrets of how we can retain the feeling of youthful virility and vitality. So, I made an appointment with Dr. Gibbs and told him about my symptoms I had been experiencing. I found Dr. Gibbs to be very sensitive to my needs and he was a great listener. He is a young doctor with tons of experience and extremely adversed in the latest medical procedures for this generation. He is knowledgeable and put all of my fears to rest. He took my blood and had the bloodwork analyzed. He was able to pinpoint all of the areas that I was deficient in. He administered a serious of shots that are designed to replenish vital hormones and depleted vitamins. I left his office feeling like I was on the road to becoming a new man! The B12 shot kicked in in a few hours and I felt like I had an abundance of energy. This is week one. I will check in with you next week and let you know how I am progressing. Ty-Ron Mayes

Amazing experience I had today when I did my physical therapy! The clinic is top notch on what they does! Best clinic for me if you are looking for physical therapy.

Location: the clinic is located few blocks from Grand Central Terminal, it is in the 12th floor. The clinic is super clean, has nice seats on the front and the bed is comfortable so you will get a good nap!

Employee: Mary Ann is the one who did my therapy and she was outstanding, very nice and friendly, does her job professionally. Front desk Selena is amazing too!

Service: Physical therapy here is really good! Besides their huge rooms the employees are amazing. I hope soon I will be able to come back to my normal self. Grateful that I found this place.

Definitely will stick to this clinic for my physical therapy. From the clinic itself to their employees, I can say that this is one of the best clinic I have been.

Great facility and staff; I loved coming her to get myself healed up! When I first started I wasn’t able to even walk half block but now I walk long distances with out a problem. Doctor.and therapist.are the best. I call my therapist hand the MAGIC HAND very friendly and caring people. Would definitely recommend.
