Grand Oaks Country Club, Staten Island NY

My family recently hosted my bridal shower at the Grand Oaks and Carmella was top notch! She was so helpful with everything we needed and she truly cares about your event! Would definitely recommend Carmella and the Grand Oaks for a wonderful party!

It’s a shame to have to say it but the only thing holding this course back from being a great place to play is the staff. The course itself is usually in at least decent shape, but the guys there are a joke. Grump, down right nasty old men that treat you like you did something wrong as soon as they’re done taking your money. They have snootier attitudes there than any 5 star private course I’ve played. Stay clear of Mike in the pro shop especially, he & the starter get their rocks off trying to ruin your day. They think who they are, meanwhile it’s a city course- PERFECT for the south shore Staten islander.

From Margaret, Maria, Betty, Jillian and the entire staff at The Grand Oaks, you are a well oiled machine. The ambiance, the food, the stellar service was unsurpassed. We just recently had my sister's bridal shower there and everything was absolutely wonderful - from the food, scenery, and service!

My two children with special needs were in attendance and the staff was understanding and so accommodating! I was actually able to relax and have a good time!

Great place to host a party! Patty and Marie helped me plan my father's birthday and they made it outstanding the process was smooth. That day all the waiters and waitresses did an amazing job. The food was delicious and drinks right on point. Also the head waitress was tons of help that day she made that day very nice and organized. Highly recommended this place! Thank you

Lovely place. The temperature could be controlled better- at times it got warm but was corrected when we asked.

Amazing place. Went for a first communion party. Staff, Food and Service were Great. I totally recommend this place.

The food is fantastic. Staff is cordial and friendly. I've been to three functions in 17 months and each time was a hit.
