I read Consumer Reports 8 years ago, and they rated the Subaru Forester #1 in reliability and resale value. I am on my 3rd Forester lease, with NO headaches, and normal maintenance, included in the VIP lease program. You don't have to be a VIP, but you will be treated like one. Best car dealership I ever visited in FIFTY YEARS! Highly recommended.

Great job by Vinny and the rest of the staff at Grand Prix. We purchased a Subaru Impreza and asked if they could deliver it to Connecticut. The car was delivered to our door, as promised. They did the paperwork with us at our home and everything went seemlessly. I'd recommend Grand Prix and would definitely purchase from them again.

I purchased my Subaru a few years ago from Grand Prix Subaru in Hicksville. For awhile they were awesome. I recommended several friends, neighbors, and co workers to them. They WERE very accommodating and thorough. The employees WERE extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. Unfortunately all that has all changed and not from the pandemic. Prior to COVID I had several issues with them and so did the people I recommended. The employees have gotten nasty, rude, and seem to have acquired an extreme lack of knowledge of anything that is going on. Jessica who answers the phone seems to show up to work when she feels like it and laughs about it. I witnessed this my self on one of my many Unfortunate visits. Iris has no clue about what is going on with customers cars and gives them the wrong information. It seems like they have changed owners and the new owner doesn't care about the quality of employees he or she hires. The customer service has gotten terrible. I have spoken to Clinton the service manager and he was rude. I have spoken to Dan Ross the GM of that location, he didn't seem to Care about my concerns and actually hung up on me. Shame on the owner of this company to allow such horrible behavior of their employees. And if it is the same owner shame on you for allowing the quality of your service department go as far downhill as it has. This was my first and last purchase from Grand Prix Subaru. My recommendations moving forward will be run as far away from this dealership as you can. There are many more places to buy cars from that still value their customers and put customer service as their top priority.

Great service experience. We dropped off our daughter’s Impreza for routine service and were greeted by service advisor Dan Dengler while waiting in the car to drop it off with the valet. When my daughter started the engine to move up, Dan immediately sensed something wrong with the starter and mentioned it. We were not aware of an issue with it. Turns out the starter was failing and Subaru replaced it under warranty. Had it not been for Dan, my daughter could have been stranded somewhere. Dan was great - very professional and pleasant to deal with. I live near the dealership and have the car serviced here all the time. I find the service staff to be top notch. Highly recommend them - especially Dan.

The service that I received on each visit to the service department is outstanding. I always forget to rate my experience. Dan Dengler was my service associate on 11/27 at Grand Prix Subaru. Truly professionals.

Update: Decided to buy another car, went back and seen Brain. Like last time he put me into a 2021 Honda Pilot that was like new! He made the experience excellent and fast! Was in and out and left the same day with the car! Would definitely recommend you go here and buy your next car! Thanks again to Brain and the staff you made my buying experience easy once again!

Dan Dengler was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He addressed my concerns quickly and I really enjoy doing business with Grand Prix Subaru.
We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership. We purchased the second vehicle at Grand Prix Subaru because our experience with the sales and the service department the first time was great. We’ve had an excellent experience with the second purchase and plan to be customers in the future!

I want to express my satisfaction with the services received from Dan Dengler at Grand Prix Subaru today. This was not the first time he has attended to me, as I've had the pleasure of working with him before as my service advisor. His gracious demeanor remained unchanged and I felt like a valued customer throughout my visit on 9-13-21.
It’s folks like him who make you feel like you have a partner during those long wait sessions in the customer wait area and once again, Mr. Dengler made a good account of himself.
