6 Do not hire these movers, they are not well trained quality movers.
I hired Jahmier and Grandsons to move items from my house into two pod. Jahmier showed up with a young inexperienced kid who couldn’t have been more than 18 and a 70+ year old man. As Jahmier and the young man moved items out of the house, the elderly man attempted to pack the pods. Several items were dropped they were too heavy for the young man to handle. I was split between trying to manage the items being moved out of the house and items being packed in the pod. As they were finishing, I saw Jahmier attempting to physically shove items into the pods to get the door closed. I ultimately had to ask him to leave and finish repacking parts of the pod to get the doors closed. When my pods were delivered and I unpacked them is when I witnessed the extent of the damage cause by this unprofessional and uncaring moving company. There was thousands of dollars in damaged furniture. They stacked nightstands on top of each other feet to top, shoved and wedges furniture against each other, scratching up book cases, dining tables, buffets, entertainment centers. When I contacted Jahmier to make an insurance claim, he stated he needed pictures. I submitted pictures and he kept claiming he didn’t receive them. After multiple follow ups attempts, he ignored my messages. This company shouldn’t be in the moving business. They are a complete careless idiots. I’m presently working with an attorney to sue the company for damages. Do your self a favor and don’t be burned by these fools.
'J' and his team arrived when expected and provided professional, friendly moving services. The quote given was fair and ended up costing just what we were told. Care was taken with the furniture and nothing was damaged. I recommend this company and would gladly use them again.
They were very professional and I thought that I needed 10.nope just two and they were fantastic. They were on time and met all my expectations.
