Professional, kind staff. Great experience even if it was a root canal.

I was referred by my dentist, Dr. DePlato (who is an awesome dentist) to Dr. Graziano and I am so glad she did. No one volunteers for a root canal - and I was concerned about pain management as I believe I am genetically part chicken. So I have to share that it was a pain free experience. Dr. Graziano was very professional - reviewed all my concerns and went to work. I, frankly, am astounded at how smoothly everything went - Dr. Graziano was remarkable. I did not feel a thing!
The support staff was also very helpful, friendly and instilled confidence in my surviving the procedure. Dr. Graziano and his staff made this dreaded experience very positive, again pain free, and I’m very appreciative. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I was referred to Graziano & Tagouri by my dentist and, if I were to go back there, it would not be with Dr. Battista. Given my work schedule, I was only be able to book appointments for 8: 30 AM. Over the course of four appointments, Dr. Battista would be walking in the door as I am waiting to go in for my appointment. Often, showing up ten minutes late for my appointment and then taking another ten minutes or more to prep his station.

His root canal procedure has provided relief to an ailing tooth, however, there is a standard of professionalism that I feel must be met as a customer. Meaning that the doctor is not late to the appointment he allowed me to book, does not try to rush me out the door to prep for his next appointment, and providing a comforting experience for a procedure that can make people anxious and stressed.
