What an utter joke of a business. When I asked them in person about how much the oil change it would be, they evaded my question and said that they'd have to check the car how much it'd take to do a synthetic oil change for 2021 MDX. Really? I just decided to wait for them to finish the oil change, and they charged me $96 for synthetic oil change. I asked them how this is the finalized price, and they told me that they had to completely change the oil and made up bunch of excuses why it had to be changed.
There are plenty of other synthetic oil changes that charges $60-70 even with current inflation economic crisis. $96 is just another way to earn themselves extra money.
It should really be called Con-Artist Auto Center if anything. I will never return to this place again.
