-Online order review- Purchased a Warhammer battle force and received it promptly and in great condition. Very great pricing compared to eBay! I'll definitely be shopping here again for items my local gamestore does not carry.

Get time trying to solve the puzzle to find clues to open things trying to find manuscripts. You get an hour to find what you are looking for after an hour you get let out.

This place is rad! I moved from Philadelphia and was nervous I wouldn't find a good gaming store but this placed made me feel right at home. Thank you

We had my son’s 10th birthday party here and all the kids (and parents) had a blast! Super fun and very detailed. We enjoyed the creativity and solving all the puzzles. I have a feeling we will be doing it again soon!

Been a long time customer of GEA for about 8 years now. In my opinion it feels as though things dropped off after Covid happened. That being said, being a patron for that long has no leeway with the staff in any way whatsoever. My last visit I bought some card packs and cracked some of them. I wanted to return what I did not open, but once again they are very strict about having a receipt. I never get one because I like to think I’m helping not cutting down trees. Which is maddeningly annoying because I’ve been a customer for so long (no exaggeration I have spent thousands of dollars at a time at this store and that’s the only time I’ve ever felt my sense of customer loyalty mean anything) and it was just the previous day when I made my purchase. I can tell you exactly how much it costs and show you the transaction statement from my bank. I can tell you the clerks name and what time I came in. Trust me, i doubt people usually return packs of cards unless they’re desperate. It will be unlikely that I return to the store. Maybe offer receipts digitally emailed?

Meh! It's a gaming store... One that runs like a commercial business by that I mean I truly don't feel welcomed there as a gamer I only feel welcomed there as a paying customer. It's unfortunate they felt the need to join the scalpers during the pokemon craze, nothing could be bought at retail pricing with their gouging. N I once bought an item for my model kits n when I got it home it was defective I called immediately n was told too bad sales are final they didn't offer to replace or even partial credit. Most prices are still over other game stores if I'm willing to travel out of my way I can get 80% of their stuff cheaper just a few towns over. It's sad I try not to buy anything from there anymore n I rarely suggest this business to anyone who is looking for reliable trustworthy gaming stores.

I really like the selection of games, and the ability to play free games is an added bonus.

Very fun first time, and I didn't know what to expect. But fun, not beginner, though. Advanced. But you can still be a beginner and go do it.

You should buy used board games and sell them at 50% market price. Give the person that brought it in 25% of the market price and keep the other 25% for yourself. "As is" sold where the buyer can look inside to see if the pieces are there or some missing. Millennial Games does this in Rochester and we drive up from Elmira to Rochester to sell games all the time. It would be nice to have a local place do it. You guys would make a lot of money as there is a market for games that people buy and no longer use and need a quick buck for something else.

The Mark Twain escape room was amazing! Finding clues, deciphering codes, solving puzzles, hidden rooms.it was an absolute hour of fun and I can't wait to go back!

The Mark Twain escape room was very fun, great for all ages, and the selection of board games, books, cards, dice and everything else to fill your nerdy heart is there
