17Dr. Tamika Anoia and her assistant was fantastic. They were there to help me with some dental issues. They were non-judgmental and very professional and nice. I definitely would recommend Dr Anoia. It's nice to see a dentist that is there to help, I've seen dentists before that weren't very nice and I was happily surprised with this visit.
By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. This is the 2nd time and last time I would ever walk in that place. Where do I start, I called in to verify my appt time for a Wednesday appt on Monday, I was informed that my appt wasn’t on a Wednesday like I set originally for but Thursday instead. I would never set up an appt on a day I have to be at work, shortly after I got a reschedule text from this place. Fast forward to my appt date as soon as I walk in the receptionist inform me that they lost my paperwork and I would have to fill it out again, nice. They made me wait 30 mins in the chair waiting for what I wanted a cleaning. The hygienist Maria quoted me $800 for a service I don’t think I need on the 1st visit, I nicely declined. On the 2nd appointment she tried to bully me into having the same service done. After she diagnosed me to having 3 different gum diseases in desperation to force me into the service. She proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t do the cleaning unless I had the service done. She also said they don’t do what the customer wants, they only do the services they recommend. I told her fine and said I would go somewhere else to have the cleaning done. She got her “manager” involved, never saw him or her. She then came back said she would do it and rushed a cleaning out of spite. Took her 7 mins. All and all the worst service I’ve ever received, I wouldn’t bring my worst enemy’s dog to get anything done here, let alone my family or myself.
I appreciate the warmth of the office as soon as I entered. I felt welcomed and comfortable. I did not even have to wait, even though I was a little early.
I would leave 0 stars if possible. I scheduled an appointment online, and call to verify the appointment. I was told the appointment was in the system. However, when I showed up the day of my appointment, they stated it wasn't in the system, and I had to reschedule. They couldn't even pull up my insurance information, which I provided the day I called. I showed them my confirmation, which verified that I was at the right location, but they still said there was nothing they can do but reschedule me. I already rearranged my schedule to be here today. Also the receptionists were rude and completely unprofessional.
Very bad attention! And they charge an excessive amount of money in addition to the money they take from insurance.
I happen to be in area & just walked in Lindenhurst location to check if they took Fidelis Silver Plan as I had some jaw pain. They examined me on spot! Took scans to create a bite guard which will be done in a few weeks. Very impressed by their customer service and knowledge! Highly recommend!
They do an good job, They do it right the, way it's supposed to be done.the best care.

Made my daughter an appointment and this place isn't close to my house 29 minutes to be exact but it's the only place that accepts my daughter's insurance well made an appointment for the 24th of November black Friday I spoke to someone and then I also got a text message to confirm the appointment and then I called and spoke to somebody else to confirm again so two different people we drive all the way here and you guys are closed I'm very upset over this very upset today would have been perfect because I need to bring my husband with me because my daughter doesn't do well with her dental visits especially getting four teeth pulled at once and now I have to take her out of school I have to come by myself I'm not happy
New review: had to have a adjustment for lower bridge work as always the best care by far that I ever had and staff always understanding and kind thank you all.
I went to the dentist for a little while, and realized exactly how bad they really were. Right off the bat you’re on hold for sometimes a half hour or more if they even bother to answer the phone Then while you’re having work done, they bring paperwork to you while you’re laying back in the chair to sign which I waved away every time and ask them what’s wrong with them for giving me that now instead of when I’m done I had a crown put in and it was the wrong color There’s been several times that they canceled cleanings which take forever to get to begin with and then they make you wait to reschedule them. And lastly, while getting a cleaning, I was for lack of a better term bullied by the hygienist into doing additional treatments that I didn’t feel I wanted to do that day You shouldn’t feel bullied or take an advantage of when you go to a dentist and this place clearly does
Not sure what’s going on with this office. They cancelled my mother’s appointment the same day as her appointment for an “emergency” and perhaps there was. But this morning, she had an appointment scheduled for 10: 30am, which she received a reminder text for the day prior and the office was closed. No one answered the phone. There was another lady there who had a 10: 00am appointment. Also received a reminder text the day prior and had a previous appointment get mixed up somehow as well. Both her and my mother took off work to make these appointments. Please fix whatever you need to.
They don't answer the phones! They never sent a message or called that the office would be closed due to Dr being sick. My husband was scheduled with oral surgeon on Friday he drove from NJ for the appointment to find out they were closed! Called them Thursday Friday and now day Monday no one answers left voice messages. It’s sad they have such a long wait for the appointments yet canceled same day when they could call and give us the next earliest appointment.
They don't answer the phones, don't provide clear expectations. Feels like they just try to get as much money out of you as possible. I was overcharged and laughed at when I asked for an itemized receipt. The facilities are very nice, but I'd steer clear of this office.

Dr Anoia and Staff were simply amazing. I can go on my missions trip to Brazil to speak with hundreds of people feeling confident about my radiant smile!
I Waited 6 months for a cleaning and didn’t get it done because I was 10-12 minutes late to my appointment. I tried calling but this facility do not answer the phone.
However, I was seated and waited over 30 minutes to be told that I was only getting an x-ray done. I am disappointed in the service I received today.
