My house was appraised 1 1/2 years ago for 96,000 today it was appraised for 88,000 this appraisal was taken in a matter of 5 minutes by some one who called the day prior saying they would be stopping by the following day. I have changed nothing to my house in the time i have lived here a 10,000 drop seems extreme. The only thing i can think of is i did not pick up all my kids toys in the yard, with COVID 19 going on and them not having school we try to let them play as much has posible outside. I would not recomend letting your bank choose them or picking them for your self. There are many appraisers in the area do not pick them.
