7Dr Eng is great, always listens, provides detailed information, has a great bedside manner. The front office is wonderful as well.
Staff is very ghetto, the dr is very persistent in pushing procedures especially when I felt it was unnecessarily needed. Wouldn’t recommend, they also need a new office manager ASAP. She was clearly having a bad day the time of my visit taunting and antagonizing her staff in front of a packed waiting room is really tacky and classless
I had a very good experience with Dr. Eng. He was very understanding and listened to my problems. His staff was also very pleasant. I have only been there twice, but they have been good experiences.
Every person in this office is courteous, caring, and professional. Dr. Eng has a wonderful bedside manner. I’ve been having G. I.issues for many years and have seen many doctors along the way. Dr. Eng made me feel that he cared about getting to the root of my issue and took the time to hear everything I had to say. I highly recommend this office.

I am sure if you are reading this is because you are experiencing some type of discomfort and are looking for a specialist in the field as I was. I booked my appointment via Zoc Doc at 10pm after some bleeding in my stool, my appt.was for 1130am the next day. The morning of the appt. I get a phone called from the doctor's office, it stated that the doctor couldn't see me because he had 20 patients and no availability til the following week. The lady that called me mentioned that the Zoc Doc calendar and the doctor's calendar weren't synced. How is this possible with the technology available? Completely unacceptable. I will not trust scheduling any appointments with this doctor. My pain and suffering did not matter to this doctor!
