Great place to sit down and relax in the middle of everything, the only issue is the smokers even though there are plenty of signs saying no smoking many idiots are constantly puffing away
somw of the 34th street partnership security guards will tell the smokers to stop or leave
but its got it miss with that

Awesome place now that the city is open feel we to come here from around 8 am to 7pm which is when it's open I noticed a lot of people here after hours not realizing it was closed. They do have rocks around the borders people sit on after hours. In the day time you might stumbled upon a concert or choir some dancers and other performances. People usually sit here for lunch and chit chat. Smoking is not permitted but not enforced either. Beware of mice. But hey it's New York.

Right in the center of many cross streets yet provides a leafy, shaded oasis to cool your heels on a walk. We stopped here for a few moments during a across town on a hot summer day and it did the trick.

Nice, small, tree-covered park with cafe tables and chairs. It's a posted smoke-free environment. Great place to relax, grab a quick bite or beverage.

Wondered here by accident while trying to find a place to relax on a hot summer day. Nice shade. Clean. Had an attendant emptying out trash. Tables and chairs make it a nice place to eat your lunch and get away from the wall to wall people.

I love this little park. There is always some energy here. Also the taco place is great! I don't know why it has a 4.1 rating.

Interesting little green place with a seating area. Seems like there's always a live performance of some kind there. It's quite enjoyable and just shows how culturally diverse, moreover beautiful how this little spot of NYC is.:)

Beautiful little square and convenient place to wait at when coming at of the subway at 33rd St.

Last time I was there it was raining sadly, but it's quite nice to sit down at the provided tables to enjoy a conversation with a friend.

Great space to relax, especially on a hot summer afternoon, shaded, nice breeze, lots of people to watch, white noise from traffic and people puts you to sleep

A huge improvement over what it was back in the 90's. This is a nice place to sit down and enjoy your lunch or do like I did and wait out the evening rush hour.

Very cool place Quite comfortable and very relaxing. Located smack-dabb in the center of the always fun and fantastic, Koreatown, this gem of a park with an amazing outdoor, seated, dining plaza. A definite multicultural cauldron, the park is designed to slow the fast-paced foot-traffic that constantly flows through this area to a more relaxing pace. A breath of fresh air placed less than a block or two (or 3!) away from Herald Square, Macy's, Madison Square Garden, and EVERYTHING that 34th Street's famously well-known shopping-hubs have to offer! Take a seat! Grab a bite, and enjoy the sprawling dining square of tables and chairs! Perfect for summertime chilling, and also just steps away from some of the most deliciously, mouth-watering Korean food, ANYWHERE!
