Good quality, good, honest service. We have purchased three stoves over the past 12 years. The initial one, an upgrade, and a new one for another property. We also buy our pellets at GH which are much higher quality than Lowes and the difference is significant. And they service our pellet stove annually.

Jeff and Kiko and their crew where fantastic! They came out twice for an estimate and measurements and showed up promptly. I got several quotes from other places, Green heat was the most expensive but I felt like the other quotes weren’t realistic and we would have ended up paying the extra money in the end or not have gotten as an efficient device. Jeff clearly explained all that was involved with installation, new chimney tubing, and a much higher quality Apex 42a wood stove. They ran into serious structural issues with the prior fireplace installation which they quickly resolved, had a custom chimney top fabricated which was not part of the original estimate, and they had to come out for an extra day of installation yet they still ended up charging us less than the original estimate. These guys are professionals and it was obvious they do this day in and day out. It was a pleasure working with them! Spend your money here, you won’t be disappointed.

I love Green Heat! They installed my pellet stove years ago, and then my wood stove several years later. They did a fantastic job and have been supportive in every way ever since. At one point I had a slight water leak around the chimney for the wood stove and they fixed it immediately. A couple years later little birds were finding their way down the chimney into the wood stove. Green Heat came and added some wire around the top of the chimney and now the birds can't get in. Also, every time I need to get a stove cleaning, Jeff and Kiko are polite, efficient and friendly, and they clean up after themselves completely. These guys are the best!

Though it took a while to finish installation (due mostly to COVID / supply chain issues), Green Heat did an amazing job teaching me about wood-burning stove options, and how to use the stove we chose. We’re super happy with it, definitely recommend their services.

The team there was thoughtful, kind and a delight to work with. The explanation they gave me about how to use my new wood stove was great and super helpful.
