We spend a long weekend in September and we loved it. The perfect balance between price and location. You are literally 2 min walking from Times Square. We will repeat.

Best possible location few minutes from Time Square, close to subway station to reach any corner of NY

Unbeatable location! From my studio I could see the Empire State Building. What's more New York than that?

They are apartments but with a reception in the same building. It makes things a lot easier when you are traveling far from home.

It was our first trip to NYC (family of 5) and we wanted to stay close to the action. Finding the apartment was easy, it was a close walk from Penn Station. The check in process was simple and the room was great for what we needed. It had enough room for us to manage our luggage and sleep and a great, safe place to come back to at the end of a long day. The host was easy to chat with and offered some great tips. Would definitely stay there again

We were with a friend recently, the location is unbeatable, prior coordination with the manager was very useful to facilitate the logistics of our arrival and some orders we had placed. The space and furniture were quite comfortable considering that in NY everything is a bit tight, they were attentive making our stay pleasant.

Very central apartment. The best thing is the location and the price, which was quite reasonable for 7 people and being close to everything. I would definitely return!

The beds were disgusting, starting with the fact that last weekend I stayed with my grandmother and she slept on the sofa bed and woke up covered in large, red bites. We told the hotel managers and they did nothing. The supposed boss was left to contact me and never did it, in addition to expensive poor customer service I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Stayed here for two nights. Very reasonable considering the location - just a block from the Empire State Building, though a bit noisy because of this.
Room was very small but to be expected. Had a shower, bath, hot plate, fridge, freezer, TV, WiFi, soap and towels.
Check in check out were all smooth. Got our deposit back with no issues. They also mind bags for $5/day/bag.
Overall perfect for a group of friends wanting to stay near the action for two nights.

4 people, very clean aparthotel near Penn Station. Quiet at night. The bedding is good even on the sofa bed. The welcoming staff.
Please note that the name is not on the front door, you have to go through the double glazed door at number 38. For 1 week it's pretty good. The photos on the internet are consistent with reality.

Very bad experience, these are BNB air chambers, so depending on who you come across it will go more or less well. Very well placed building, very limited room, no cleaning and the finest at the entrance you are asked for a 100 dollar deposit to obtain the key in cash, well and when you leave there is no one left.to give them to you. Avoid Fernando at all costs
