4Horrible experience, I had a frustrating experience at the pharmacy when I asked for assistance to sing up on 'refills on time' program for my son with disabilities. The staff refused to help me, which was disappointing! I would have appreciated more understanding and assistance. But that was not the case. I never had this issue with CVS
Disrepectful, impolite and unprofessional. Whoever was running the front desk when I stopped by needs more experience in customer service and to be less childish.
Very prompt, very helpful, very caring, and you get the cheapest prescription medicine here. Plus, the cashiers will help point out over-the-counter meds that are cheaper than what you came in for, even cheaper than prescription medicines, when that's available. I am very happy with them.
