This pharmacy has been a valued service provider in the community for many years. I have frequently retrieved medication on behalf of my elderly parent without encountering issues. I had entrusted this pharmacy for its support with prescription refills and customer service, particularly in coordinating with physicians when necessary.

However, recent changes in management have led to a noticeable shift in the pharmacy's operational standards. The current manager's conduct has been notably unprofessional. Their decision to involve another customer in addressing an issue, which was entirely unrelated, was both unnecessary and unprofessional.

The manager's demeanor appears to influence the overall atmosphere, affecting both front desk receptionists and pharmacists. The high turnover rate among front desk receptionists has become evident, and it is increasingly understandable given the working environment.

Regrettably, I have observed instances of unprofessional behavior, delays in service, and unexplained withholding of medication. These concerns have raised questions about the quality and professionalism of the service provided by this pharmacy.

I wish they were open until 7pm so people getting off work could grab their packages from the Amazon Locker. Closing at 6pm makes it impossible to get there in time.

Very helpful people, and a good line of products. Walk-in vaccinations.
