My CFO advised me regarding a post on Greenhills Ventures. We are a multi generational multi family office investing with Grennhills over 9+ yrs invested in 3 companies with 1 heath care tech company acquired by a strategic and are in discussions for licensing agreement with another. Knowing Emanuel and his partners they will not hesitate bailing out if there was serious concern during due diligence. I wouldn't expect anything less.

Greenhills invested in 2 of my companies and brought a couple of strategic partners which licensed our platform increasing our revenues and valuations. I’m talking to them about my new venture.

Emanuel Martinez, Mark Goldenberg and Paris Gyparakis should be ashamed of themselves for misappropriating our company's money to finance their own personal business ventures. Their deceptive scheme has been going on for years.
