The best dental care I have ever experienced!  Dr. Kogen performed my root canal treatment and another root canal retreatment (after my previous dentist did not completely remove the nerve and filled out only half of the canal). Although I am not a dentist myself, after I looked at the before/after x-rays, I could clearly and confidently say that the work was perfectly done! There are no words to describe how wonderful my both experiences were with Dr. Kogen. He is very knowledgeable, professional and always takes time to answer all my questions. Moreover, Dr. Kogen is very caring and always communicates with me during every step of a procedure, making sure I am okay and don't feel any pain.  Also, the front desk staff is very friendly, helpful and always willing to work with my schedule, which I appreciate so much! Thank you for your professional services! Highly recommended!

Great experience at Greenpoint dental. They saw me immediately when I had a dental emergency nearby and needed a root canal. The staff was very accommodating and was able to have me seen same day. I have my dental crown scheduled next week and I’m very happy that I found them and getting this level of care. I may be back to get my wisdom teeth removed after an evaluation with Dr. Kogen.

Visiting from Texas I was looking for a place to go for a quick toothache. I called Greenpoint Dental and they had a spot open for me, the staff were friendly and hospitable. Every time I’m visiting NYC I will go back!

Love this place! Very kind people at the front desk, efficient, and will accommodate. I can’t believe they take my terrible insurance. Truly a hidden gem. The main dentist is really cool too! Great playlist during my teeth cleaning. I needed a last minute crown and they took me in, I was terrified but they took care of me. Highly recommend

I've had very positive experiences here in the last couple of months. The front desk staff is very courteous, the dental assistants are lovely and Dr. Kogen has done some solid work on my teeth. I've had a few crowns redone as well as the root canal and he did a great job. I've been coming here for many years and my experiences varied in the past but i think the current staff is very good.

I recently had the misfortune of chipping one of my newly-crowned teeth, which Dr. Roman Kogen had only just treated less than three months ago. I immediately visited his office in person to see what could be done.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and sympathetic reception I received from everyone there. Despite the circumstances, they managed to take care of me the very same day, and even offered me a discount to help alleviate my concerns.

The team also made new impressions and sent them to the lab within 24 hours after chipping, which was incredibly efficient. I was impressed by the level of care and attention to detail provided by Dr. Kogen's office.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Kogen's dental practice for anyone seeking quality care from a compassionate and professional team.

Someone just called me to tell me they had my case (a crown) … the last time i was there was two years ago when I went in for a root canal and a crown. They had me wait about 4 weeks bcz they said there was a storm and so the case was lost in the mail and so they had to reorder it…. I guess they just found it… good job team! Nevermind the root canal didnt work and I decided to go else where to get the tooth removed and had to get a tooth implant placed. Also this place was disgusting… grime and dirt everywhere….

Dr. Kogen saved my life. The pain I dealt with from another office’s unfinished/poorly started root canal for a month had become truly unbearable. He took me on a days notice emergency, somehow saved a tooth that was at an incredibly difficult angle and distance, and was kind & transparent throughout the entire process. Excellent service and support from the front desk and assistants as well.

I am terrified of dentistry and had been putting off getting a root canal for years. However, Dr. Roman Kogen completely changed my perspective on dental procedures. From the moment I walked into his office, he made me feel completely at ease and reassured me that everything would be okay. The procedure itself was completely painless - I could have easily fallen asleep during it.

He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to make sure that everything is done to perfection. Couldn’t be happier with my experience! Went because my tooth cracked and my usual dentist was closed. They were super nice and took the time to explain everything to me. All the equipment was new and clean. They also found solutions for me that other dentists have not offered like seeing an endo. I feel like the dentists really care about their patients here, will definitely be coming back!

As someone with a true fear of the dentist, I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Kogen and his amazing team. I had a horrible infection under my tooth. I got an extraction, a bone graft and an implant done. None of it was worth being so nervous over! Dr. Kogen and his team are patient, efficient and so kind. Feels great having a dentist you can trust!

Absolutely love this office. Kamil has been a true professional and warm to the heart. All staff members are helpful, kind and on point. Houma the dental hygienist gave me & my daughters the best cleaning ever. She took her time, explained all detail and was super gentle to the touch. I highly recommend Greenpoint Dental Center to all.

Could not have asked for a better dental experience. The staff was extremely nice and the office was very clean. Came in last minute to fix a chipped tooth and Dr. Kogen did a perfect and painless job to install a new crown for me. Thank you guys very much for the service, I can smile with confidence now!

Going to the dentist is never something we look forward to, but the staff and doctors work from their heart. Clean, professional, and most importantly high quality dentistry. They got the job done right and make you feel like family.

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I hate getting dental work done, but the staff make it as pleasant as it could possibly be. Dr. Kogen did a great job filling my cavities and was kind and accomodating.

Randomly stumbled upon this place! Had an emergency root canal that couldn’t wait! Pain was insane! They admitted me immediately and I was so surprised by how professional they were! I highly recommend this place, because of bad experience i had dental anxiety and couldn't go to dentist but doctor Kogen did magic, he did 2 crowns and i didn't feel anything.
