Greenview Properties, Bay Shore NY

I have lived in Chatman Square for three years. The staff have always been absolutely wonderful! Jennifer Buzzeo the Property Manager is very attentive, she’s kind, and truly cares about the people, and families who reside in Chatman Square. Her expertise doesn’t go unnoticed! She has shown outstanding professionalism. I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer this week, She’s pretty amazing folks! She’s a very positive and wonderful person! So I decided to write a review.
I recently decided I wanted to once again live in a house. I missed having a backyard, being able to bbq, and just having the ability to sit outdoors on beautiful days, as I once did in my marital home for 30 years. I found a house I loved, I gave GreenView my notice that I would not be signing another lease. I packed, and moved out, and into a “ rent to buy” home, mind you I still had my townhouse for 15 days, before my lease expired. The move was a complete NIGHTMARE! I can’t go into detail, I ended up moving out of the house, the next day. Boy, was I thankful I still had my townhouse until the 15th! I didn’t know what my next step would be.
I was told by a tenant that she would be moving in August. I contacted Christina Silva, who was my broker in 2016 whom I thanked all the time, for bringing me into the GreenView Properties community, and wrote great reviews about Christina’s and her dedication and commitment to finding the perfect home for myself, and others!
So, I informed her about the townhouse that would be available. I was in a bad situation not knowing where I would go, because my townhouse was leased.so. I applied for the townhouse.
I’m happy to say, I now will be moving a few doors down into my new townhouse in September! I read some reviews on here regarding Fairfield! Fairfield isn’t GreenView! You can’t compare the two! The Townhouses here are noise proof! I believe they may have a few firewalls behind our walls, because you can’t hear your neighbors! Your privacy is respected, my neighbors are wonderful, and the property is well maintained! I’ve been told by friends who reside In fairfield, not only can you hear your neighbors through the walls, but you can hear them walking around, if you live on the ground floor apartments! They are and all were disappointed, with the staff and management so please don’t compare the two, Unless you’ve lived in both, then you can make a comparison. Anywho. I’m happy that GreenView accepted my application, even though I was leaving. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to know, I will be living once again in the GreenView Properties community!
I received a phone call from Jennifer Buzzeo today, congratulating me, and welcoming me back to GreenView Properties, she wished me well, and told me if I ever have any questions to feel free to contact her.now thats a property manager! She is here to make sure every tenant in GreenView is happy.

I would have given it more except for the fact that they did not return my full deposit and charged me for the carpeting. They put below standard carpeting in the apartment and expect it to last through 10 years of use even if you are oaying to have an animal. We have an indoor cat and paid $50 extra a month just to have it which I falsely assumed it would cover any damage but I guess it was just to have it. The bottom line is that if you have a cat, keep it to yourself or just expect to lose your deposit. Mind you, the carpet was minimally damaged and could have been repaired.
The apartment itself was decent and the staff is responsive and respectful. As a new renter, I would never want to move into an apartment where someone had pets regardless of the timeframe

I have just moved here from Brooklyn and had doubts about things here but the maintenance man John came late after hours to install some thing. The man was so professional, so very nice kind and I was very taken back by it he really was wonderful. He really really was very very professional and very very nice and it was just so nice to see someone friendly and pleasant and didn’t try to rip you off. He was really a very, very nice man. Excellent excellent worker he did the job, professionally and accurately I will use him anytime five stars. The man was knowledgeable and willing to do anything if something was broken great very pleased with him.

I Live at Greenview Court in Oakdale. I want to thank John the Maintenance for taking such good care of my work orders. He was Super Kind to my 85 year old Mom that lives with me. She asked him a lot of questions and John answered all in a very nice tone even though my Mom repeated the same questions. I also hired him for after hours to install my TV on the wall and tall mirror he did a fantastic job. Thank you again John

We live in Greenview Circle and are extremely pleased with the fast, professional, pleasant service performed by John R, the super at this property. John responds quickly and is always attentive to our maintenance requests and does a great job.

I have lived at Bayshore Gardens, Greenview properties for over 2 and a half years and I can truly say I had a great experience. The garden in the courtyard is gorgeous and always kept up. The apartment was beautiful and spacious in all the right areas. Laundry was on sight, very small walk across the courtyard. Brian, head of maintenance was great and always took care of any issues that came about. Jennifer made it a very pleasant move in and always answered any questions promptly. I made this apartment my home and I totally give it a 5 star all around. So bitter sweet to leave.

We love living at a Greenview Property. Antonio is the best when it comes to maintenance. Always prompt, professional, and prepared. Whenever he calls me, I know my issue will be resolved right away.

Wonderful management. Christina is the best, alway pleasant and helpful! The grounds are well maintained, apartments are modern and maintenance is always available if needed.

We love living in our Greenview Properties apartment - we've been here a little over 6 months! The building is very modern and super clean at all times.

BIG BIG BIG shoutout to Juan (maintenance), who has gone above & beyond for us! We had a slight issue with a washer machine leaking and he came within 20 minutes of us submitting the request to take a look! It took about a week to get it all fixed from start to finish (as expected due to having to get plumbing and flooring guys involved), but Juan came by every single morning to update us and to do what he can while waiting for the others to arrive, and always gave an update as to what to expect the next day - he even was around before & after his shift if necessary. Super friendly guy who was always happy to have a conversation!

The work is now all done, and you wouldn't even know that we have brand new flooring in our kitchen and there were holes cut into the wall to fix the plumbing. He even spoke with the property manager and is having someone come do a complimentary cleaning of the entire apartment!

I've had absolute nightmare experiences with maintenance at previous buildings I've lived in, so this was amazing and truly above & beyond! Knowing there are a lot of HCW's who live here, having maintenance be prompt, able to give timely updates, and get things done quickly, makes life a whole lot easier!

I love living here and enjoying my apartment because of the incredible help of Juan. He is very professional, extremely proficient, and he is kind. Any issues we come across, he is always there to help. Thank you Juan for all you do!

Antonio has been such a big help replacing things around the apartment! He came right away to replace light bulbs in the ceiling and also replaced our microwave! He has always been prepared and responsive to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you Antonio! You're the best!

Johnny and Juan keep the building at 57 Park Ave, the North district lofts SUPER CLEAN! There very friendly respectful as well! This company has been nothing but good to me!

The staff definitely take their jobs seriously. Anytime a request is made, Antonio and the guys always come through.
