Wonderful flower shop and owner. He made a very nice bouquet for my mom who just finished chemo and the flowers made her so happy. The quality was outstanding and the bouquet still looks great 2 weeks later.

Totally awesome small neighborhood floral shop for all your needs, owner operated business with personalization, very helpful, talented and friendly staff.

Why however does UPS list this address as a pickup and drop off location for your UPS shipping needs. I think this is an error.

Bill is personable, professional, and exceptional! He is a florist with a warm small-neighborhood approach but an outstanding professional big-city product. FYI: Rather than picking from his website photos, I allow Bill the creative freedom to build an arrangement based on whatever he has in stock that looks the most beautiful and that matches my designated price point. I think this is the best way to get the most bang (aka "Wow! ") for your buck. I do not even live in the state, but my New York recipients are always exuberant in their praise and delight over the floral gifts. (And this has not been the case with NYC flower gifts prior to finding the gem of Bill.) I have deleted all other Manhattan florist from my phone because Bill at Greenworks is my singular and exceptional choice. To order from Bill at Greensworks is to know your money is well spent and the beautiful arrangement will be timely delivered with the love with which it was sent. Thanks, Bill! Bill is so kind and knowledgeable about flowers and plants. He made a beautiful arrangement with all orchids and Rose's for my mother's 93rd birthday. I would use him again for any occasion.

Owner was very rude and made a racist remark towards me when I was leaving after being completely disrespected for the short time I was in the store. Won't be going anywhere near this place again.

I was very pleased. I spoke with Bill was very kind and knowledgeable.he called me back when he had trouble delivering my flowers to the hospital.and he reassured me that he would keep on trying until he was successful. I would recommend him to others and I will go back there again.

I ordered flowers for my Grandmother's 97th birthday for same day delivery and she had them before noon! She was thrilled and said the arrangement was exquisite. My mom arrived later and said the vase the arrangement came in was beautiful. I would highly recommend Greenwork's Flower Shop to everyone on the Upper East Side! They are fantastic.

I bought a premium option but they send me the standard. Don't trust in the photos in their website.its not what they sell. Bad experience
