Comments will be sent privately to the office. I am tired of a new dental hygienist every time. I go every three months and yet again - there is a new hygienist. I would like to develop a relationship with my hygienist just like I have with my Dentist.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Felton's dental practice, and I felt compelled to share my fantastic experience. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the level of service I received was outstanding.
I called just two days ago, needing to see a dentist urgently, and they managed to accommodate me with an appointment on short notice. The efficiency of their scheduling system immediately set the tone for the positive experience that followed.
Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted warmly, and the short wait time was a pleasant surprise. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, making me feel comfortable and at ease.
Jessica, Dr. Felton's assistant, was not only friendly but also highly competent. She efficiently guided me through the initial process, and her demeanor contributed to the overall positive atmosphere in the office.
The technological advancements in the clinic were impressive, especially during the scans/ex-rays and pictures. Dr. Felton's commitment to utilizing state-of-the-art technology was evident, and it enhanced the overall efficiency of the appointment.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Felton for 15 years and today will be my last appointment. I left the appointment angry and felt very disrespected by Dr. Felton and his office managers. I switched insurance because of my job and they spent an hour trying to prove that I was not enrolled in my current insurance. The office managers even made faces at me when they were on the brink of finding out my current insurance wasn’t active. I called my insurance and they had a rep tell me I was active (have to pay monthly because I lost my job and am currently on Cobra) but that wasn’t good enough. The whole process was humiliating in front of a crowded dentist office. I had to grab my laptop out of the car and call delta dentist multiple times. They would not let me leave unless I paid $195. Finally she accepted what the customer representative was telling her for a half hour and agreed to send a bill. I’ve been going there for 15 years and my parents both go there as well. This dentist office lack customer loyalty. I will not be returning.

My first visit to Dr Felton’s office was amazing! I have a fear of dentists and he totally put my mind at ease! The staff was wonderful and I am not afraid to go back to get a cavity filled now!

He is an excellent dentist. I have had some work done and he is very professional and kind. It has been a great experience for me. Glad I found him.

I've been looking for a new dentist after retiring and moving away from my previous dentist. I'm very fearful of seeing a dentist after many traumatic and painful visits when I was a child. After reading many great reviews of Dr. Fenton, I decided to see him for a tooth that has been bothering me. I was seen by his assistant a few minutes after filling out the initial visit forms. She (I did not get her name) was very nice, thorough and meticulous, taking x-rays and photos of all my teeth. Then Dr. Fenton came in and reviewed the x-rays and he spent time discussing my teeth and the issue that I was having. He put me at ease and was very professional, friendly and courteous. I've scheduled another appointment for a cleaning and work on the tooth that is bothering me. I would recommend Dr. Fenton for anyone that is looking for a good, compassionate dentist. In fact, after telling my friend of my experience, he said that he may try Dr. Fenton if he accepts his insurance. Highly recommended.

Dr. Felton took me in for an emergency dental repair and he carefully (and painlessly) resolved my issue, which enabled me to leave for a business trip as scheduled with peace of mind that I would not have a problem issue while away. Dr. Felton and his hygienists do amazing work. It’s not a hassle to make appointments and the receptionists are wonderful.
