Very courteous, accommodating, and friendly. I arrived early for my appointment just when they were about to go to lunch but they still took care of me. It's a level of service that honestly took me by surprise. Dr. Sambuchi was extremely nice and meticulous about my medical needs. He even took the time to listen to any last minute questions I still had despite being busy. The only minor grievance is they didn't allow me to pay the copay right away but it's no fault of theirs. I would give it 4.5 stars if it was possible. I'm very thankful to Dr Sambuchi and his staff for their professionalism and taking me in as a patient

I found my visit to Dr Sambushi to be a very pleasant experience. The office workers were helpful and friendly, and Dr Sambushi was kind, and very thorough. He listened carefully to what I had to say and questioned me when something I said wasn’t clear. Very glad I chose this Practice.

My cousin Misty was very pleased with you Dr. Sambuchi. However, the specialist you referred her to. Was to be fair, very unprofessional! The PA seen her for five minutes and told her. She does not have what my poor cousin had been dealing with for years. Myself being a ER RN CC, has been a small part of how Misty can get off the couch some days. I am graciously asking, please help her with this process. Watching the suffering she is going through is heartbreaking, to say the least.

I arrived at the office today for my very first visit. The confirmation voicemail I received requested I arrive at 12: 45 PM for a 1 o’clock appointment. I assumed the reason for arriving early was so that they could collect my new patient paperwork and the doctor would have an opportunity to look at it before seeing me. However when I arrived the two women in the front office were sitting towards the back of the office eating lunch. No one said “hello” no one said “welcome” the only thing they said was “do you have an appointment? ” with food in their mouth. This is a neurology office where they treat people with migraines but they had more fluorescent lights than any office I’ve ever been in and floor to ceiling windows leading in all the light in the world. It’s also been my experience that most people who suffer from migraines also have issues with nausea and when I walked in all I could smell was whatever disgusting food they were eating. I left without being seen and I don’t recommend this place to anyone because no matter how good the doctor is the office staff is extremely unprofessional.

**id like to update that I contacted the number they asked me to call. It was nothing more than a complaint line.

Chris Zulawski is a great addition to this office. Great personality but seems rushed. He is very attentive and empathetic.

Rude person answering the phone. I was not expecting that amount of ignorance.

Total con artist was billed 180 for the Dr and 190 for a “facility charge” when I called to ask about it I was told they do not bill so I called the number given me by the very rude person who answered the phone at Catholic health that the charge was made by the Dr office. So you just keep going aroun in circles between two very rude people and never get any help.
