Gregorys Coffee, New York NY

Overall, Gregory’s is terrible. First of all, the coffee is the establishment is gross, burned, acidic, and does not taste good at all for a coffeehouse. Secondly, I recently went and ordered a chai latte. I was told it was coming out, but had to go back in and check on it two more times and it was still not out. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting for my chai latte I lost my patience. The clerk that rang me up lost his patience back, and after taking 20 minutes to deliver me my drink it was highly unprofessional. Finally, once I received this chai latte, it was so sweet and with so much sugar in it, that it was entirely undrinkable. If these people are in the coffee/drink business they need to up their game considerably and get a lot better because that experience was terrible. PS needless to say I won’t EVER return to this Gregory’s or any location after that terrible unprofessional and bad tasting experience.

I pass by every morning before I go to work and today I decided to try for the first time. I must say I was amazed! The selection of cold brew and the different kinds of pastries. I decided on the salted caramel cold brew and I am OBSESSED. I also tried the banana nut pound cake and it is to die for. I can honestly thank the manager Brian. He was super helpful and definitely pointed me in the right direction. Gregory’s coffee has gained a new loyal customer!

I don’t recommend the cold brew - sour tasting. Really disappointed with this signature drink.
