Greg's U-Pick Farm Market CSA reviews
19 I had the best time here
I hadn't been to the farm in years. I didn't want to leave. Great prices, excellent produce and friendly staff.
We recently had our first visit to Greg’s U Pick and had a great experience. It was so much fun to take our kids around to see the different animals. We also really enjoyed their donuts and a delicious apple cider float from their shop. What’s more is that everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. You can tell they love what they do and really care about their customers. We had a horrible experience at Kelkenberg farm not too long ago (owners were very rude to me, my husband and our 14 month old twins for no reason) so this was a breath of fresh air. I’m glad we’ve found the perfect family farm to take our kids. Highly recommend Greg’s U Pick!
Lots of fun things to keep the kids occupied. No toilets or beverages available in the "back 40" where the paid activities are.
Such an amazing time my girls and I had there. Definitely family friendly. And a great day! We can't wait until the fall for all the festivities. But I look forward to coming back next week for some more picking before the seasons over!
Everyone is incredibly nice, and I always come home with TONS of vegetables in the CSA half share.
I had such great fun! My husband and I drove out to Greg's Farm and had a blast. We picked Blueberries.yummy! Between us both we picked almost 5lbs. Plus we bought green beans, eggplants, zucchini's, the sweetest peaches I ever had and the largest onion I ever saw. This was our first time but definitely not my last. I will be returning soon.
Amazing place! Went here for a field trip today and all the kids and adults had a great time! Lots to see, learn and loved all the hands on activities. Especially loved petting/holding the baby goat and the tomato plant my daughter planted and gets to bring home. Highly recommend! Looking forward to visiting again this summer to pick strawberries. Thanks for a great day!
Awsome place for fresh fruit.great to see all the animals, great place for kids
Try the peaches and ice cream!
A must!
Really friendly staff. My grandson got to see the animals, his favorite was the horse, and the produce was amazing. Can't wait to go back and pick our own pumpkins and venture through their corn maze in October. Would highly recommend Greg's!
Looks like they finally did away with the car load of pumpkins. That was the best part about this place for fall. Hopefully they don't overly commercialize like some farms near by. Pumpkin prices are in attached pics. Great upick for berries, hopefully don't sell out to Clarence prices for fall goodies.
Fun family atmosphere. Excellent strawberry patches. They also have a small farm with chickens, and goats for the kids to feed. Crop shares available. Home made desserts and pies, ice cream available as well.
Blueberries are small and mediocre quality and very few, but they dare to charge $5 per lb. Bushes are surrounded by huge weeds, which are even taller than the actual blueberry bushed. There are much much better option for u-pick blueberries farm around.
There's always plenty of picking opportunities throughout the summer and fall on this beautiful piece of land. But if you're feeling unambitious there's also a large selection of pre-picked produce, as well as fresh honey, pickels and an assortment of jams. All and all, this place is amazing and I HIGHLY recommend everyone make the trip!
I wonder if there is anyone maintains their blueberry bushes or they are all busy collecting money from patrons. Huge weeds (taller than people and the blueberry bushes) and small blueberries. You can buy better blueberries from grocery store. Brought a group of friends there, and we are all very disappointed. Won't go back again.
We came for strawberry picking, there was great picking, you can either bring your own quart containers or buy theirs. They also have pallets with handles that can fit 8 qts or wagons to borrow if needed. There's an area for the kids to see some chickens, goats and other farm animals. A farm stand has baked goods, jams, and fresh produce. All in all, worth a visit. And they now have frozen custard!
Great place for a lot of u-pick options and a farm stand for other choices. The barn with with animals is fun for kids.
Everyone is very friendly. I didn't feel that the blueberries were ready like it was posted on there website.
We are a part of Greg's CSA program, and we have been visiting the farm for about 5 years now. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We drive pretty far for the pick up each week for the CSA but it is well worth it for us. The produce is very fresh and there's a vast selection. The perks that come along with it are great. Overall the only negative we see is the communication is lacking when it comes to the CSA, otherwise it's always a great experience!
The staff is so nice and helpful. They offer a huge variety of produce and baked goods, and they even have ice cream in the summer. If you like to pick berries, the fields are well maintained and the quality is excellent. We love going to this place!
