The reason I give one star is that the management is rude to their customers. I stayed there for 2 years and never had any issue with the management team. However, after I moved out, I never got my deposit refund as the office staff promised. When I first signed the contract to rent their unit, I was explained that I pay for the days I stay and the minimum days to stay are 30 days. It is just how they handle the marketing. They will do everything they can to not to refund your deposit or even overcharge you for something they claim "very reasonable" which is totally unreasonable. Think twice before you choose this place.

I stayed in a furnished suite for about 5 months. It was clean and comfortable. The complex was quiet and well maintained. I’d like to say thank you to management for being quick to respond when there was an issue. I received my security deposit a little over month after my departure. All in all it was a very good experience.

Stayed here for a year. The prices are a bit high considering you don't get a real kitchen. Left due to noise and it was pretty easy to find cheaper and better apartment options.seems some of the tenants don't have jobs and therefore have the luxury of staying up all night and playing loud music. Besides that it could have been worse. The people who worked there were great for the most part.

Do not rent from them unless your prepared to lose your deposit. I am filling a claim with NY state housing and taking legal action

They were very slow refunding deposit and monies old after we left, but its not a bad place to stay.

BEWARE. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! They do not refund the deposit! The employees are rude especially the current manager. The manager appeared to be high on something. The furniture is worn and dirty. There were bugs in the apartment. LET ME REPEAT, "IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR $400 DEPOSIT BE SURE TO RENT FROM THEM! " Good Luck!
