GBY has been a huge part of my wellness journey over the past 4-5 years. Wonderful instructors-
Love it here! Everyone is great and instructors are so personable. Really try to help with certain moves or find an alternative. Certainly go above and beyond to be accommodating.
I've been all over the United States, and this studio is the most beautiful, as well as the most down to Earth teachers. Professional yet incredibly friendly. The Yoga Teacher Training program is as classy and informative as it gets.
Pretty space to look at and nice teachers. The teacher training is very expensive for the same result. Although it is called "trauma-informed", I wouldn't recommend the training to anyone with any unresolved trauma at all.
What a perfect way to begin my week. Restorative Yoga with Lauren. 2 plus hours of complete relaxation and pampering. Physical and mental stresses disappeared, and I felt so refreshed afterwards. I can't wait to attend another Restorative session. Thank you GBY for offering this class!
