Kudos to manager, Kerrian. She was very friendly, compassionate and efficient in her efforts to try to coordinate with my benefits for a more affordable treatment plan. So far, I am pleased of the treatment and respect I've received from at Group Health Dental.

Am very optimistic that I will have a great wmile back.
I need hard cooy details of my dental care procedures and costs, though.

I am so glad the I changed to Group Health Dental! Was the best choice I could have ever made. The doctors are great caring and patient the staff is absolutely amazing shout out to Dr. Sanchez and assistant who explained every step of the way. YOU GUYS ROCK! The office is so clean every time I went they explain after care if needed I love this place and the people Dentist, assistance, reception, etc. Thank you all for your tender care in my wellness! My smile is so much brighter because of you and your experts! Excellent as always!

My visit was pleasant the X-ray tech was patient, the dentist was very good at explaining what procedures has to be done. But it was very costly on my pocket

My experience has been great. I've been going to Group Health for several years. I've found the environment pleasant. The staff has always been professional, efficient and caring.

Huge fan of this Dental Group! They were super generous and waived a missed appointment fee having cancelled sick the morning of:). The offices and equipment are super clean. Tall ceilings make it very comfortable. All of the staff that I interacted with were absolutely darling. Knowing there is a lot of work to be done on my neglected mouth, I have to say I am looking forward to returning and having the work done by this group:). Thanks team!

Nothing wrong with my Dentist, he did a superb job on my crowns. But I waited for an hour and a 20 minutes before I was seen. I was 10 minutes early. The staff however was quick to get my payment before the service.

I have been with group health dental for almost 10yrs.now. I am super satisfied with the services they provided over the years and my mouth looks Fabulous!

Visit from hell they are lied to me saying that they was in my network when they knew that they were not anymore and I ask the when they ask me about my insurance information I told the person that was helping me I told him that I had health plex you all still in there network he said yes then told me I had a 250 code pay i ask him are you sure he said that what it saying so i paid it then I went home and called ins carrier and they said that they were not in network with them any more so I called them back and ask the questions again then the person that answered the phone said o know not anymore I said why did you all tell me you were when I came in for my appointment he said hold on
The phone went dead I called my insurance company back and made a complaint

My hygienist was the BEST. She was very knowledgeable and helpful especially with tips on things to do to keep my teeth and gums healthy
